Hello, my name is Nichole h. Holland. My husband dropped off a package on Friday 3-25-21 before 3:30 pm. The label was visible and scannable, but package with GRAY TAPE. Not clear. MY package has been sitting there until today when I received a phone call for someone at the store saying FEDEX will not take my package. So, my package has been there for 6 days before I get a freaking call. This is the worst customer service ever. I have told my family and friends about your store and FEDEX. I am done.
Jewel-Osco - Manager on duty was unprofessional and bathroom were a mess
On February 20, 2019 at approximately 235pm I was there shopping and my 7yr old niece had to use the bathroom so I always escort children with me to the bathroom thank God I did it was a total nasty disgusting mess! I had to 1st clean it up so she can use the toilet. The toilet seat had urine and other things on it. I'm so happy my taught me to always keep lysol or Clorox wipes in my purse because I truly needed the whole pack for the womens bathroom. I immediately reported it to an associate she then called on the phone to get some immediate service, I then requested to speak to a manager in which I was not aware African american women with the twist in her hair was the person standing there all along. She denied that she was a supervisor or manager on duty she was not willing to hear me out she walked away from me and went back to customer service desk so I approached her over there I then explained to her what I just had to do and ask her can I have a discount Considering that I just cleaned up the bathroom. She rudely said no and I have work to do some one will get to it later. I then walked away and started to tell her I took pictures to send to corporate but I thought if they see what us customers have to deal with in their establishment they would be upset like I was so here goes. It would have been nice to get a reward for cleaning the filthy bathroom up. I can be reached at [protected]. I wish I was secretly shopping that day. I am a loyal customer of jewel.
Jewel-Osco - Customer complaint
I shopped earlier today 3-5-2016, at the Jewels food at 87 W. 87th in Chicago. As I completed my check-out, I remembered the free product I was to receive on the mymixx item. The item was a 4pk of Annie's organic yogurt. The cashier Peggie was very nice and told me to get the yogurt and take it to customer service with my receipt and it would be cared for. On checking, I found there was no Annie's yogurt and went back to customer service. I stated my dilemma and spoke with a Felicia Smith. She advised me that there was no way she could verify that this was an item free on mymixx. She told me I should have copied the screen? to verify this product was free. She told me that anyone can come in with a piece of paper claiming they was to receive an item. I explained that I had written it on a note so I could remember the correct item. She was speaking in such a way that other customers could hear and I have never felt so belittled and degraded in all my life. As a Senior (71 yrs old), I would find it hard to start trying to work a con on anyone. I am a Christian and would do nothing to hurt or hinder at this juncture in life. Please find a way to help this young lady to be more sensitive in her interaction with customers
