Just Tires

Today I took my car into Just tires in Morton Grove, IL. because I had a screw in my tire and it kept on going flat needing air. It turned out I had 2 screws and because of the location of the one screw it caused a permanent leak on my tire after the guys went in to remove the screw. Because of the leak the guy said I have to get a new tire and that I have to drive home on a flat because they have no tires in stock. I simply went in to remove a screw and because because of the location of the one screw they couldn't patch it or do anything because a permanent leak occurred. My concern is if the location of the nail was bad why would they bother to take it out in the first place, knowing it may caise a more permanent leak. This is very concerning to me and unprofessional. They didn't notify me to give me a warning that thay may happen. Why would they take it out if there was a cause for a permanent leak to occur. Then to tell me I need a tire!? This must be a mistake on their part. It doesn't make sense. Then they sent me hine with a flat. They didn't carry my tire and basically told me I have to drive home with the chance of it going completely to the ground flat.
I went to just tires In morton grove illinois. It gets worse... The boy working the front desk named Roy,, was extremely rude to me and I asked him to explain the situation to my husband as I am not too experienced with cars and tires. I wanted to be sure I was safe to drive home especially since I had my 2 year old son with me. After explaining what was wrong with the car the guy working the front named Roy said outloud in a rude and sarcastic manner "sorry u can't afford a tire" laughing and with a rude tone. I was livid. I was shaking inside of me. I felt DISCRIMINATED against and couldn't believe an employee of a reputable company would speak to me like that. He then started arguing woth me outloud after I told him it is not nice of what he said and he was yelling back to me very loud in a disrespectful manner. I have never in my life experienced someone or service to act like this. I spoke to the store manager Choline Sanchez and told him about it. He listened to me but couldn't do anything about it. I am still shaking and feel so upset at what happened today with what Roy said to me. "SORRY YOU CANT AFFORD A NEW TIRE" People need jobs in our world and someone in needs to address this needs this issue besides Choline Sanchez. Towards Roy. Please don't take this complaint lightly. The customer behind me witnessed and walked out and she count believe how Roy was treating me.
