My wife went to the deli to purchase potato salad and other things. When returning home, we found the cheap! container lids had popped open. The containers you're currently using are very flimsy. In fact, they are Garbage! We don't like serving food out of shopping bags. These are the little details that don't warrant customer loyalty. There are just somethings you can't go cheap on.
Desired outcome: Change your containers to a sturdier type for your deli department.
Jewel-Osco - jello fruit cups
Yesterday August 21, 2019 my husband went to go buy me the red jello fruit cups because I was sick and can hardly eat solid food. And I really wanted something soothing I can eat and I love the jello cups. I'm eating one today August 22. 2019 cause it was late night yesterday and as I take a scoop and eat it. It was so disgusting and sour and I'm just horrified of the taste check the date of experation it's been since May of 2019, that was 3 months ago that it expired and I check the other package he got and also experired as of July 2019. This is really horrible that food like this, that kids also eat can be left unchecked if it work or if its expired.

Shopped in store last evening went to deli at 6:30PM wanted the fried chicken 8 piece meal
had none, stated they were cleaning up . asked for manager, acting deli manager DAVE, came to speak with me. At best, he was rude, condescending, belligerent and unpleasant. I said you have 3.5 hours till close. He stared at me and repeated 3 times, how can I help you.
I asked him to make chicken and he agreed but was slamming things and having a tantrum.
Then went to service desk because 2 things rang up incorrectly and and a young stocky, heavy sent Asian man was incredibly rude and acted like it was a huge effort.
We were talking about one dollar for both items. He paged and then walked away. No one responded and he offered nothing
Very rude, my neighborhood store, I should have been treated better. The stories a disaster, missing stock, dirty, nasty employees
When I told the man at the service desk, I was going to start going to Marianos, he stared at me and shrugged his shoulders
Never did get my money
I said I wanted very few bags, at the checkout and the checker did not listen. When she was packing my items, I said please few bags as possible, she said you can repack it if you do not like what I did
How is that for customer service?
