Jewel-Osco

I am complaining about the Jewel located at 2073 Prairie St in St. Charles, IL The produce department is the worst produce department I've ever been in. They are always low in inventory or completely out of stock. Sometimes it takes weeks to replenish the shelves. The quality of the produce is awful as well. Never mind buying have strawberries at this location because either they don't look appetizing or they have mold on them. They have been out of garlic paste since before well before Thanksgiving. And the sweet potatoes are so small. The employees are rude especially if they have to get product from the back.

The rest of the store is just as worse with no stock. The ladies working at the customer service department are so rude especially the older thin lady who has brown hair, wears glasses, and always looks like she has a suntan. The only good thing going for this location is that they are finally stocking their deli department with Boar's Head. I usually go to this location just to pick up a few things because it is closer to where I live. I do my full grocery shopping at the other Jewel in St. Charles located off of Kirk Road. I like this Jewel. Their staff is very professional and they always have items in stock.
