Donatos Pizzeria - Customer service complaint and compliment

My mother and I went to the speedway, IN Donatos location on 06/04/23. When we got the pizza it was the incorrect size they gave us a medium sized instead of large. I went inside to get it corrected for my mom. I asked to speak to the manager. Stage sent out a woman named Angelia I believe who says she was a manager. The girl came out and asked what’s the issue in a smart cocky way. I talked in a very monotone calm voice whole time with a smile on my face. I told her the issue with the pizza. She said well we are already putting the large pizza in the oven already and you are not getting anything free. I told her I did not want anything free I just want some money back credit for the mistake of whoever took the order and the time we were sitting there. She said well I cannot do that and neither would my General manager. I told her this isn’t my first time this has happened and I was not leaving until it was resolved and asked for someone higher than her. She said they’re not there until Monday. I said okay well please provide their phone number and the phone number of corporate. She said I don’t know it and I will not provide it. I asked her to could she look it up and provide it please. She started getting an attitude and said you can’t speak to me this way. I said ma’am I have not cussed at you and stayed in the same tone the whole time. I told her I’m not your other customers that cussed you out. She walked to the back and I asked the other guy; Assistant Manager Max, to come forward because I didn’t want to talk to her anymore. He took ownership of putting the order in incorrectly and credited my mom back $15 for that order. While he was doing that the girl came back and said I couldn’t find the number. I told her it’s fine and that he was handling it and have blessed day. She said I am blessed [censored]. He apologized for her behavior. He provided corporates number and let me see exactly when the general manager would be in. Max did an awesome job for the situation and had great customer service skills. I know I can’t speak for the other people either but Angelia was very nasty and rude to anyone that came into the restaurant that day and there were a ton of mistakes that happened to peoples food that day. Angelia started an argument with every customer in there and led to an escalated customer argument when the customer just wanted their food and issue resolved. Angelia does not seem fit to talk to people or know how to handle people if it is getting extremely busy and behind. She could have went about this in a different manner.

Desired outcome: Max Assistant Manager provided compensation for time. But I would love for Manager Angelia to be coached on her service towards customers
