Ordered a beef mariachi pizza, big don and bread sticks online. Estimated delivery time was 9:07, after several calls and being hung up on, my order arrived at 9:37 11/14/22. This is not the first time, I have ordered from the Eakin Rd location and received cold food. I am done wasting my time and money with Donatos anymore, when the outcome is the same every single time! $50.00 for cold food. I could of ordered Door dash for the same price and received hot food!

Manager sucks...
We placed an order via phone this evening (11/03/22) for a large pizza and 4 Big Don subs from Donatos in Reynoldsburg (Waggoner and Main) to be delivered to our home. We only received the pizza and 2 Big Dons. After making 5 calls to Donatos and no one picking up the phone, I gave up and drove there. There was a lady already there fussing about her order. After waiting in line, I got to the register and just asked for the manager and the attendant went to get him. John Austin walked out and he acted very non-chalant and talked/acted like he was high on some drugs. I gave him my cell phone to talk to my partner as he placed the order. My partner was still talking to him and he handed me back the phone. I don't know what was said as he was mumbling with a mask on. So I had to ask my partner what was decided, to give money back or is he giving us what we didn't get? My partner said he's giving us the food. Just the way the manager showed no care, offered no apology, and no offer for a drink or anything makes us not want to order from that location again. We paid for delivery--I shouldn't have had to go pick up our food nor ask for an apology. Customer service sucked!
Desired outcome: It would be nice to get a refund or free meal or something and get rid of that zero you got working there.
Service/food
We ordered (#[protected]) through the website at 7:26 for delivery appx 8:25 which arrived early around 7:59 pm. However the bread sticks and side salad were the only things to arrive. The Door Dash driver said when he questioned if the pizzas were there the employee said there weren't any pizzas (yes it is listed on the receipt). He advised us to call the store as he is just the delivery. Upon calling the store the young lady (shift manager) knew exactly what I was talking about and said she would have the pizzas remade and sent out asap to arrive in 20 minutes, which I knew wouldn't be possible as we live 12 minutes away but let that go. The new pizzas were still not here at 8:46 so I called and was told they left the building a little while ago. 9:09 they arrived, not marked gluten free. I called to guarantee it was and wasn't satisfied with the shift managers response so asked to speak with her Manager (Brian). He advised me it was just a sticker and if I was that concerned I shouldn't order from them. I didn't like his rude tone and called him on it resulting on being hung up on. I called back saying I am assuming that was an accidental disconnect and he informed me very rudely that he was done talking to me and I can take it up with corporate. I'm not one to complain but this is the worst experience I have had with your company. Rude and unnecessary. I understand we can all have a bad day but this was unacceptable.
Desired outcome: I would like a full refund and further customer service training required for this manager and his employees.
Undercooked pizzas
I tried to pick up my replacement pizza today and was told that I no longer could do that because it had been 21 days. For one i live 25 minutes away and did not have picking up replacement pizzas at the top of my family agenda.The night time manager was very rude and made me feel very uncomfortable. The managers name is Cassidy or Chassidy at the Somerset KY Donatos. I tried picking up the replacement pizza at 6:54 pm on Friday October 21st.
Desired outcome: I just want my 2 replacement pizzas for receiving 2 undercooked pizzas or a refund for the entire order.
My pizza, and delivery time!
Donatos is our favorite pizza and we order it as often as we can. That being said this Tuesday October the 4th was my 45th birthday I had a very hard day at work my daughter was hungry and I was hungry so we placed an order to 1830 Marsha drive like we always do when we just want to get a pizza because we always order from donatos. I understand The Times we are going through are difficult and finding good help can be hard but we were promised a pizza within 39 to 45 minutes and it took almost 2 hours it was only a pepperoni pizza and a 2 l of Pepsi I wasn't asking to be in time or space. It wouldn't have been so bad if the pizza was even remotely warm but you could tell it had been repeated because it was almost burnt and now it was cold so it was awful and I didn't even want to eat it but I still paid for it and I still tipped well for it! I don't want to go online and leave a bad review for you guys but I just want to be able to vent my frustrations because that was probably the worst birthday I ever had So I basically paid $30 plus an extra $9 tip just to not eat. I just want to continue to love donatos

Individual Pizza size and quality
I ordered an individual Pizza from the Donatos on main Street in North Canton Ohio and was appalled by the size of the product for over $6 and overcooked when you could go elsewhere such as Marcos for $2 plus more and get a large pizza give me a break Donatos I've never been so aggravated in my life to get something that wasn't even big enough for a 5 year old for $6.19 I will never go back again

I am a Door Dasher. I cringe every single time I receive a pick up from Donator’s on Lafayette Street in London, Ohio. I don’t know if you are familiar with how Door Dash works but if they send me an order to pick up and I do not deliver the order, I will be fired. Ok, now back to the store, it is getting absolutely RIDICULOUS AT HOW THEY TREAT DOOR DASHERS! Normal process other than at Donato’s when picking up an order, you enter store and go to counter. You give the staff the name or number of your order for pick up, they retrieve the order and out the door you go, quick and simple, this Donato’s makes you show your phone with order with the name. Then they will get your order BUT then you have to hit picked up button in the door dash app in front of them or they will not give you the order! Today, again, had another order and honestly they acted as if I was a criminal, it was terrible and I left crying with the order. I have stopped buying from Donato’s for myself because of how they treat myself as a Door Dasher. One reason I prefer to hit picked up when I get back to my car is because with many orders, I need ti be able to stick my phone in my pocket in order to carry the delivery safely. When my phone is in my pocket and have hit picked up get messed up and hit deliver or something and then I must spend time fixing it or contacting Door Dash Support. London is a small hometown kind of place. They told me they have to do it because people are stealing the food. I call bull crap because. I can’t steal it if it is a Door Dash order but they treat as if you are a criminal, very rude! This might seem like a nuisance complaint to you, but honestly the treatment as a door Dasher is unacceptable! I would be most happy to discuss this with someone on the phone should you need to.

2 Large Serious Cheese
1 Large CYO individual pizza Pepp and Sausage
2 Party Chef Salads
2 party bread sticks with marinara
1 Cinnamon twists
1 party twist.
the subtotal was $218.03
10% large order discount ($21.8)
Total $196.23
Gave $200 in cash
Received $3.77 in change.
I did NOT receive the 2 party bread sticks and Mariana for a total of $33.98 (without the tax)
Desired outcome: I would like to have a gift card for the $33.98, for us to use at a later date. I wouldn't mind it to be rounded up to $34.00.
Door dash no delivery on 8/28
On 8/28 order 0065 placed on Donatos app for delivery at 6:58 pm. Received a text from DD stating delivered at 7:11. Email stating pizza left building at 7:29 pm. Sat outside entire time. 2.5 hours later manager in speedway said my order and others never picked up AWOL driver. Talked to your manager. Sent him photos. Received a call Monday from Donatos customer service. Clearly told her you owe me $80.70 that included my tip. As of 9/9 tip never received. DD put in another complaint for no delivery. Why is it hard.
Desired outcome: Refund my $9.17 tip. You only gave me 71.73. It’s been 12 days. Why would I tip someone for no delivery. I was promised by Joshua Craig who was forwarding my photos to the speedway store.
Disrespectful manager
I made an order on line and was called shortly after to be told they where only taking cards and no cash. When I asked the women why they wasn't taking cash she hung up on me. I called back and asked for the manager who turned out to be the same women Jamie. When I asked for her supervisors number she kept saying she was the manager. When I told her that I will just come to her store in the morning and get it from that manager she then told me I didn't have a car. Assuming that because I chose delivery. I then stated that I did have a car and could come to her store right then if I wanted to but it was fine since I can and will contact corporate or even the CEO of I needed to and I then hung up the phone. Needless to say my food I ordered never came. I have never in my life been so disrespected by someone managing other people and will continue to contact who ever I have to until Jamie the manager is let go from her job. She shouldn't be allowed to treat customers or any people that way and still get paid for her job.

I received this email for complaining and being disrespected by one of your managers, which is completely unexceptionable:
Maybe the real reason the manager thought that you did not have a car, was because she thought you were not old enough to drive. That is what happens when you behave like a child. They think that you are a child. They do not take cash, how hard is that to understand?
What isn't hard for me to understand is that I will make sure both Jamie and Terry Cloth understand that it's not ok to go around disrespecting customers. Even if I have to contact whoever within or outside of your company.

I had another issue with NOT ordering on line even though I tried really hard to do so.
One day last month I could not order online after logging in without without filling in all the information again. Even though it is in my profile. Name,address, email, credit card, name again.
I received a free ONE TOPPING pizza. Probably broke the bank
The last time I didn't get everything I ordered and had to wait while my food.
I called the local store and asked why I couldn't order on line and the "manager" assured me they are letting corporate know it is an issue and they are getting complaints.
Well I tried again tonight and I could not get my information to take. It would not use my profile information, either. It used to work and now it doesn't.
I won't fight with a computer to order my dinner.
Papa John's pizza was really great tonight. I had no issues ordering there.

Service on pizza order
February 13, 2022 from about 4:40 p.m. to 5:35 p.m. thought I would order a pizza for the big game. Started calling the store in New Albany at Central College. Message said call numbers were high and to WAIT. I waited for almost 20 minutes and it was then obvious no one would answer. Drove over to the store. The door was locked. I placed an order on-line as was suggested on a sign on the door. Then got in a rather long and slow line around the building for pick up. Got to the window and was told there was no order in my name. By this time it was 5:35 p.m. or so. No offer was made to help make all of this right. The attitude was like "Oh well." Angrily, I drove a few stores away and had good service at a Chinese place. Placed the order quickly and got home in time for the big game. In the future, I guess I will opt for other types of food or try one of your competitors like Masseys.

My husband and I went to Donatos at 5120 N Main St in Dayton, Ohio on 1/21/2022 at between 5 P.M. and 5 :20 P.M. We ordered three pizzas for the weekend. We tried giving Donatos another chance the pizzas work disgusting. They were lacking cheese, and they were soggy after being ordered well done. The founders favorite it has cheese only because we ordered extra cheese. We were just disgusted with her order and general after we paid all that money and we could have got better else where

I ordered 1 italian entree salad and Large pep pizza online at 12:04 said time for delivery was to be at 12:55 pm . At 1:07 pm i called bexley ohio donatos to find out if it left building. Which i was told it was 20 minutes late and guy stated he was going to talk to manager to see if i could get my order free. I was placed on hold and after 18minutes of waiting they hung up. Called back only to say they don't know what happened and as im writing still no pizza or salad. They delivery driver just delivered a order that i should'nt have to pay full price for.

I purchased two side salad one with out spinach the other with out spinach, tomatoes and banana peppers and added bacon one french and one house dressing . They came with spinach, tomatoes and banana peppers no bacon 2 house dressing . I had them replaced they came with very little lettuce and raw bacon. Please let them know that it is not safe to eat raw bacon.
