I placed an order with donatos around 330 ish. when our pizza was delivered I started eatinng it. the pizza I ordered was a cauliflower crust, because of my blood sugars, and pepperoni green peppers and mushrooms. I noticed while I was eating that this pizza had onions and sausage and the other stuff I ordered, except for the cauliflower crust.
I know what a cauliflower crust looks and tastes like because I get it whenever I order from donatos. I called the store and the girl said... well if I re make your pizza I have to get the other one back, I said fine. that was around 515. I am writing this at 745 and I still have no pizza.
I paid over 45.00 for this order and I was treated like I had done something wrong. my phone is [protected]. oh and I was informed there was only one
delivery person working. Please fix your store, but I will not be ordering from donatos again. cheryl west 595 harrison avenue hamilton ohio

Move on from this place. Any business that messes up your order and then delays fixing it for hours doesn't value your time or money. Find a pizzeria that respects your order and delivers what you pay for. Stick with places that get it right the first time.
