I was in there the employees name was Max he threw up in across the floor the one he pulled for me was the incorrect part he got angry with me because I asked to go look for the correct part that I was looking for 30 seconds later I found it he threw something else a pen or something across the floor is soon as I said I located it got highly upset and was very rude with me we spend a lot of money in that store and have things gone change you will lose us as a customer we do not appreciate disrespect and I have been in customer service for about 75% of my life
Corkscrew pins to hold up headliner in vehicle I googled it before I got there and it said you had the part so I went to the store after I called to confirm you guys had the part he said you did. His name was Max he had a part that was the incorrect part I pulled up a photo of what I needed he said we don't carry that. Then he continued to throw a pin across the room because I asked to go look for it myself. 30 seconds later I found the product I wanted and he threw something else behind the desk . Was treated extremely rudely and we spend a lot of money in that store and we definitely don't appreciate it.
