Today I received the most terrible customer service ever at the Laurel MD Fairlane Rd Giant. I was accused of stealing flowers with 20 dollars in hand I asked for help from a Kristina in self checkout because I have a hard time with self checkout, and was ignored. I ring everything up including my flowers for my 10 year old daughter even said have a good evening just to be approach by security and ask to show my receipt and to which I did so. Was told that checkout didn't scan my flowers I go back and pay with the employee Kristina looking at me like I was crazy and had an attitude that I appreciated the security for help when she was not even in self checkout to help me. Giving me nasty looks walking past me like I'm a dog in a kennel and not helping me at all with my flowers and groceries after I literally ask her for help. Thank you in advance

I arrived at Giant Food in Laurel, Md at 7am on Nov. 11,2023. I witnessed the worst level of customer service by the MANAGERS on duty. Three of the mgrs were just leisurely walking around while ONE checker tried to keep up with a growing line, at 8 am! Aren't your mgrs trained to ensure staff and customers are a priority? For the most part no one helped the checker. In fact, the managers just walked by and looked at the long line. Finally, they sent another checker who was in the self serve area WITH NO CUSTOMERS to help the checker and speed up the line.
Desired outcome: Better customer service training for your managers.
