Your Giant at 11604 Reisterstown rd. on 9/19/24 around 9:30-10:00am preceded to decide to band my grandson for life at all your stores. Reason he went in to buy juice got in line and paid for it, then remembered he wanted to get a drink, so he headed back over to where the coolers are with single drinks grabbed one starts heading for the checkout when he ran into a friend and started talking. Well, he forgot he had the drink in his hand and headed out the door, as he was heading out a security guard called him over and said he was stealing the drink. One of the girls who was close by heard and said she doubt he was doing it on purpose he told the guard he forgot it was in his hand and offered to pay for it right there and then. First of all, who in their right mind steals something and doesn't try to hide it as they leave the store. Anyway, the guard did not want to hear any of that and just preceded to band him for life from all Giant. With that said I would like to see the band lifted. If not, I will put a copy of this and your response on Facebook.
Desired outcome: Would like to see my grandsons name removed from the band for life at your stores. His name is Brandon Doame
