I was pulling to jiffy lube to get an oil change today thursday 9/14/2023 around 1230 noon I asked the employee do you take on line coupons he acted like he did not want to tell me. About it thin. He was rude how he told me how I had to wait to get an oil change he was the black guy with long dreads doing oil changes around 1230 noon golden valley jiffy lube thurs 9/14/2023 that guy had a bad attitude towards me I have never ever had a bad expirence since I have been getting my oil changes at golden valley mn jiffy lube I have been a loyal customer at jiffy lube.. Rude costomer service today mpls mn jiffy lube golden vallley location I left because the employee was rude today 9/14/2023
Desired outcome: please inform the employee not to be rude to the customers i did not get an oil change today thursday 9/14/2023 i left because the employee was rude to me today
