O'Reilly Auto Parts - Bad customer service

On 08/13/2023 @ 630pm my car had died in the middle of the road in front of an O'Rielly's store in Richfield MN. An employee came out and tested the battery. He showed the battery was shot. With my car we could not even put it in neutral so I could not get help pushing it to the side of the road. So I had no choice to buy a new battery. My husband came in and made sure I put his phone number down so we get points/discounts and when he was not understanding why we were not getting any discounts things got heated. Yes my husband had a few adult beverages. But he was not driving nor was he drunk. Then everything went south. I hear the employee say we can take this outside and I will beat you up. There were some racial slurs thrown by both parties. I took the battery to the car and they were still arguing outside. So I walked past them and returned the cart and asked the other employee if they had loaner tools so we could change the battery. The first employee came in and said she is NOT getting anything. I said excuse me I had nothing to do with your argument with my husband. I have been respectful to you. He said well you are NOT getting anything due to him. I explained I am sorry but please help me I have a 7 year old child that is sitting in the car and what if someone rear ends us. He stated he did not care about if our car gets hit. I said well that is rude due to my dad and twin sister dying in a car accident. He said oh well I don't have any parents so how about that. So then a by passer stopped and had the tools to help my husband change the battery and the whole time the employee was in front of the store telling my son's 18 year old friends that he should of beat my husband up and that they are slow because he could of had that battery changed already.
