The initial setup was complicated and I didnt have access to the gate for 3 days, had to go troubleshoot during office hours. By the time I was able to get into the unit my u-haul was overdue. I was given a crappy unit with a hole in the door and the inside falling in (even thought the undamaged unit next to it was available). I was pressed for time and had to return my u-haul so did not have time to complain. I lock is on the opposite side of every other unit. The lock is positioned behind the brick wall so its hard to even unlock. The contents are exposed to the elements (spiders, bugs and lizards were frequently found inside). I stayed for approx 2 months and moved out on 9/3, after finding a family of lizards in the unit. I followed up to pay my remaining balance and they inform me I owe the full amount because they do not prorate. But they prorated when I moved in. Honestly I shouldnt have had to ever pay full price for such horrible conditions. This was no different than having my belongings sitting outside.
Desired outcome: Balance cleared and partial refund for the time my belongings were stored there
