Last Wednesday My husband and myself got a Carolina Classic at the Wendy's on South Sterling Street in Morganton, NC. We had toast for breakfast and the Carolina Classics for lunch. We had no dinner. I started feeling bad around 7:30pm. Around 8:00pm the vomiting and diarrhea started and continued until after 4:00am on Thursday. My husband vomiting and diarrhea started around 3:30am on Thursday and continued until Thursday afternoon. We couldn't eat anything until Friday because we were afraid it would make us vomit more. It must have been the slaw or the chili that was bad on the sandwiches. I called the Customer Service phone number to report our experiences. I was on hold for 30 minutes. At first there were 15 calls ahead of me. When I finally got to speak to a person, I told her what had happened. There was no response other than she told me the Manager of the store would call in 2 or 3 days. This call last 2 minutes. Never got a call back This means to me that no one in the Wendy's organization cares what happens to their customers or if their customers tells others in Morganton of their experience with what was once a great place to eat and is now very questionable place to eat.
Desired outcome: For no one to get as sick as we did
