I rent a mailbox at the UPS store in Clinton, NJ (#4525). This mailbox is used for business correspondence. The store has been closed for a week. My voicemail messages have not been returned. When I called today, the outgoing message stated that I would not be able to leave a message. The most resent sign on the front door instructs mailbox-renters to send an email to arrange obtaining a key to the front door (the sign on the door last week advised calling the store, but that produced no results). I received an automated email response that assured my that my message is important, and would be answered at some point, and that I should call or visit the store for more immediate service.
Desired outcome: Access to my business mail, a refund for the days I have been unable to access my mailbox, and compensation for lost revenue/penalties incurred for business issues I could not address.
