UPS

I have been a supervisor since 2012 I have to admit in the last year UPS has gone from being a good company to work for to I hate walking into the doors to start. Example First thing I am not even in the doorway I have a Part time supervisor that has been there since 1994 and the first thing I get is him Barking orders about this and that and that I need to do this before the sort starts. (This guy is on the same level as me WHY is he barking orders Well that is why this operation is the way it is there is no Full Time supervisor there now after the Full time left for Retirement But the Big Shots in the Grate Lakes think there so smart while the place is burning down. UPS also did another great thing and got rid of the HR department and sold out to another country call center in INDIA So know trying to get answers for anything is a joke. Hiring is so bad that if you get 6 guys you are lucky that 1 will show up for work and the workers that are there again you lucky if they show on time or even show. This all comes down to the Part Time Supervisor Who has to start loading truck on top of him trying to get his job done a daily basis and trust me him or her is getting a talk to if there paperwork is not in the next day. All UPS cares is about numbers in the Small sort as long as the numbers are in the 90s everything else fails. I really hate this place I really Loved working for this company but WOW hoe things change I hope someone reading this understand the day to day Operations at this place. Everyone that is a supervisor is at there wits end and take it out on each other for a free for all on the Radio communications What happened to the company I so was happy and proud to work for What happened to UPS
