O'Reilly Auto Parts - refund was given to a person and not put back on my credit card

On 9/25/2019 I was going to get my car fixed and the mechanic I had had an account with O"Reilly so I spent $214.10 buying the items for my car so the guy can fix my car. The mechanic acted like he used to work there he was going behind the counter and everything. My car just didn't seem right so I called O'Reilly on 10/14/2019 and gave them the customer number and said has this person return anything and they said, Yes. I bought 6 items and 4 of the items was returned. Instead of O'Reilly putting the money back on my card they gave the guy $147.78 in cash. Had I not went to my dad's I would have never known to call and ask. My issue is the money never should have been given to a person in cash who didn't buy it. It should have went back on my card I used. I'm very upset that I was never there to get my money another person who never paid for it ripped me off and I feel the person who gave him cash should be fired. I want O'Reilly's to refund my card for the mistake they made and ban that guy from their store. He stole from me and now he done took from them.
