7/21/22 called wendy's on grayson road harrisburg pennsylvania, to let them know that they forgot to include my 6 pc spicy nugget, after calling several times, a male employee said "stop calling here, n-word" then hung up the phone and refused to answer anymore. Also they did not provide a receipt for the items that I ordered.
On 7/21/22 I called wendy's on grayson road harrisburg, pennsylvania to let them know that they forgot to include my 6 piece spicy nugget in my order. After calling several times a male employee finally answered and said "stop calling here, n-word", then hung up the phone and refused to answer anymore. Also I was not provided a receipt for my order.
Desired outcome: Repercussions to this employee and an apology.
Wendy’s - Entire service, food prep!
Sunday evening nov.29, 2020 stopped after shopping at walmart for dinner at the Wendy's on Grayson Rd. Harrisburg, PA. Around 6;45 p.m. The male who took my order had music playing and several girls laughing in the background! He was unable to take my order and after several attempts I just said "yes" to whatever he said. (I know their food is good; anything can't be bad.) that was wrong! The burger was dry, cold and sloppily thrown together; the chili was cold! My chicken was cold and dry and the cheese was missing! The only things right were the sodas; but not light iced! Fries - hard, over salted and cold. This was so atypical of wendy's food and I was completely amazed at this meal!
