O'Reilly Auto Parts - Defective water pump

On 6/26/2022 I went to 1740 East 23rd. street Chattanooga, Tn. O'Reilly Auto Parts store and purchased a new water pump. Then when I had the mechanic to put the water pump in my car the water pump did not work at all. So, he had to take it back out and I took it back to O'Reilly Auto Parts store, I told them what happen that the water pump was no good, So I was given another water pump. And I had to buy more anti-freeze. Then the mechanic put that water pump in my car, and it worked. The mechanic charged me extra due to him having do all the extra work putting and taking out the water pump. That was not fair that I had to pay extra money due to a defected water pump that I purchased at O'Reilly Auto Parts store. I had sent in a complaint a month ago concerning this incident and I haven't heard back. I have all my receipts as of proof. Nathan was the guy who sold the water pump at O'reilly Auto Parts.

Desired outcome: I would like to be refunded due to the extra money I had to pay to the mechanic because of the defeated water pump (I paid him $150.00) the water pump was $189.99 plus the Anti-freeze was$17.47 twice.
