I placed an online order on october 31, 2019 at approximately 10:26pm. I was immediately called by a man saying they were out of cinnabon rolls and he offered a different dessert, I accepted the chocolate chip cookie. I received a text at 10:48pm saying my order was out for delivery. I had to call the store numerous times questioning why my order hadn't arrived since I live directly across the street from apd 40 only to be met with numerous excuses i.e.:its dark, she may not know her way, she was delivering an order before mine that was closer than I was (again i'm directly across the street). I called approximately 5 times during my wait. My order arrived at 11:25pm... It was not as hot as it should've been (barely warm/cheese hardened and the driver did not bring the 4 pack of pepsi's I ordered! I asked to speak to a manager and the girl i'd spoken with numerous times said she was a mgr and she didn't see a problem, again I was met with excuses. She told me she refused to send the delivery girl back because I raised my voice and she didn't feel safe. I was talking to a neighbor about my dissatisfaction mind you. I had extra kids at my home being it halloween that were hungry and I had every right to be upset with this whole situation! I had not ordered from pizza hut in months because of prior incidents (late delivery, burned pizza, left out drinks/items, etc), so I should not have expected any different this time honestly! I was told i'd be credited the money for my 4 drinks that your incompetent driver forgot, because the staff didn't mention to her I had even ordered drinks! This crew is lacking much, this is unprofessional and unacceptable! They take customer's time & money as a joke obviously. I could've and should've spent my money elsewhere! You have lost a customer for life and I will share this with as many people as I can, which I doubt you care anyway. Good riddance pizza hut✌😡
