O'Reilly Auto Parts

Approximately 2 weeks ago I purchased a Bosch Icon 22A and a 22B wiper blades. The gentleman at the counter looked up the model based on my vehicle, said they were 22A & 22B, went to the aisle, brought them up and I paid for them and left. Went home and had a very hard time installing them, and they did not seem to work right from the beginning. I went to the Bosch website, and discovered that I should have gotten 22OE for both. I called the store, and they said to bring the vehicle in and they would swap them out. I went to the store, one of the staff went out and took the blades off my truck, brought them in, and promptly stated that the wiper blades on my truck had not been purchased from them. I told him to check my Rewards account [protected]) to verify that I had, and he pulled up the purchase on the screen. He then reiterated that the wipers on my truck he had just removed were not the 22A & 22B I had purchased. At this point, I was amazed at the statement, and we proceeded to argue the point for several minutes. Then the other four counter men proceeded to jump and say the same thing. One of them then counted the five of them, and said "There's five of us saying you didn't purchase those wiper blades here. We don't even stock that blade!" I assured them that I did indeed purchase them there. They continued to state that I had not purchased the wiper blades from Oreilly and it became something of a standoff. One of your countermen even said that the blades were not Bosch, to which I pointed out the Bosch imprint on the blade. I then asked what were they going to do, if I was going to have to purchase another set of wipers for my truck, and finally the first counter man went and got two 22OE, put them on my truck, and told me we were even. I want to emphatically state that I have never been so insulted in my life! For your staff to accuse someone of lying like that is absolutely unbelievable. I want to categorically state for the record that the blades I returned did indeed come from Oreilly. This is absolutely the worst customer service I have ever been subjected to in my life. Furthermore, why would I try to cheat Oreilly out of $50 of wiper blades. If you look at the purchase history for my Rewards account, you will see that I have many hundreds of dollars of auto parts over the years. This is absolutely unbelievable!
