I came in on October 13 and the 14th to buy parts for my SUV and tractor. There was a total of 5 employees present up front. The black girl and black guy and a employee at the very end was with customers the other two employees was a girl with long dark hair and a man with tattoos dark hair they was standing around talking to each other not helping the other employees the man was on his phone showing the girl stuff when I asked for them to help me the man with tattoos got very rude with me he stated they was busy. The girl then was in the back behind the employees working and the man stood there with her on his phone still not acknowledging the others and customers inside. Saturday night I went back in to see if I could get some help and the two colored ones gave me the the help I needed this was around 4:30 and the guy with the tattoos was on his phone standing at the cash register and gave me the most evil look. This is very unprofessional and will cause them to lose business
Desired outcome: I would like to see a more welcoming store with better customer service
