I was in your Sevierville store today. It is nearly 80° here, and walking inside the store you could feel the heat radiating from the inside. I was only in there for about 20 minutes. I couldn’t imagine having to work all day in those horrible conditions. It is absolutely unacceptable for your customers to be shopping let alone your employees working in such hot conditions inside your store. Please have someone come fix the issue. Those poor women were doing the best they could, and you could tell they were miserable. They deserve better.
Desired outcome: Fix the Air

as a former employee i can tell you its controlled by corporate in ohio. i worked in a location in NC in a building that was one breath away from caving in. we had a new ac unit installed (we thought). it was a heat wave of 90's and above and they never turned the air on because it leaked in the store. their solution to the fix? they hired a HVAC crew and just vacuumed the vents (during store hours, so dust was flying everywhere). ...and turned the vents off. we were dying. we had to fight corporate to leave the air on, or turn it on at 5am. it didn't start feeling good in the store until 4pm. we had to fight them to turn on the air. they said it costs money, but it makes the air work harder. same with the heat.
As a former employee, I can tell you why. Environmental controls and heat, you might think they're controlled by the store right? Nope. All of the store's AC and heat is controlled by JoAnn headquarters- located in Hudson Ohio.
And they assume that the weather they have there somehow is the same weather found across the country
