the material said 70 % off but she only gave me 60%. The cashier I'm not sure of her name, I think it was Kaitlin. Her hair was over her name tag and I could not see it very well. She took her friend or family through the exit and waited on them. We were all standing in line waiting to get checked out. She had them cut in front of everyone. It was a long line waiting the other cashier was so busy talking and not really waiting on people. I don't think I will return to this store any more. The McHenry, IL store. I am going to switch to hobby Lobby. This happened 1122024. cashier #844490 @ 11:21AM
Claimed loss: should have been 70% not 60%
Desired outcome: my money back

Jo-Ann Fabric dropped the ball here. Bait-and-switch on the discount and clear favoritism at checkout are both unacceptable, especially when there’s a long line of paying customers. Report the incident to Jo-Ann’s customer service, giving them the cashier number, time, and date so they know exactly who messed up. Let them know you’re taking your business to Hobby Lobby if this is how they treat loyal customers.
