Wendy’s

I had unprofessional service at the Wendy off of 380 in aubrey Tx. It’s just a bunch of kids playing around and laughing while the lines grow super long. They got my order incorrect and then wouldn’t give me pricing for certain items saying they had to put the order in item by item to see costs. They should have a price sheet next to them? But the whole time I could hear them jacking around in the background laughing and others out by the garbage on their cell phones. There is no management or lack of it with kids obviously playing around. When I said I wanted to cancel my order bc they were being rude they said fine wait in the long hot line we don’t care. At this point I took down the number for the location and spoke to a manager when I drove through. Then the one kid kept crossing her arms and rolling her eyes. I’m sorry but kids that can’t grow up don’t need to be having a job or serving food to anyone. Body language speaks louder than words and you learn that in 2nd grade.
