Walking to your 620 location Greg the night man was very lazy on informative did not want to help me charge or replace a battery that was bought from your company for days prior customer in service class after his three days without pay suspension. This is happening at this location multiple times I've been unsuccessful in trying to reach the daytime manager or the night time manager at that location to resolve the issue
O'Reilly Auto Parts - Sexual harassment/ Unethical Behavior
I have a fiancé who just started working for
O'Riellys store number #15526 in Austin, Tx
On the day of 3/13/20 she was scheduled for work in the morning but she had a minor car accident the night before so she missed work the following day. I temporarily fixed her car
So she could make it to work on 3/14/20.
She ordered all the parts she needed for her car while On break. My fiancé then calls me right before she gets off of work and tells me that the store Manager of #15526 "Ronnie"
Ask her if she wants to stay the night at his house so she didn't have to drive home and back to work. I don't believe that kinda talk or behavior is acceptable in the work place.
I do have an attorney and I'm still undecided if I need to take this matter further or if someone above him can take care of this matter
