I went online and paid for a storage located In Duncanville Texas on Cedar Ridge Rd. I get to the location on Friday evening after work to only discover I was not able to get the gate open because of a code I was sent wasn’t working, so I called into a number I found online and the young woman I thought was being honest but soon learned she was lying to me. I gave her my last four of drivers licenses and verified my name and phone number. She tells me she can remote me in and it will let me into the gate and my code would be registered. I trusted her words. I got behind the gate and couldn’t never locate a storage labeled AB009 so after 30 minutes since it was getting dark I decided to leave. I got to the gate and put in the code the gate wouldn’t open after 3 tries. so I call the number I originally called only to be asked for my full social and the last four of my license before the guy finally open the gate after I complained it was getting dark. He tells me to show up early Saturday morning which myself and movers done at 9:30 to only sit to 11:00 and no one ever showed. I called back and requested a refund from Melisa so she tells me that the general manager will call to learn how to refund my 90.00. I have yet to hear from anyone. This is bad business practices! I was not the only one there Saturday that had the same issue!
Desired outcome: I want a full refund I did not store anything because I couldn’t get into the gates
