Conn's Home Plus - sales & delivery are horrible for conn's home plus

I have been a customer of Conn's for 19 years. I recently went in and purchased a new fridge and stack-able washer/dryer set which was due to be delivered on 10/30/19. The delivery person came out and tried to jimmy my fridge out between the cabinet and wall and on the first try he gave up because he stated that he didn't want to destroy any of my property. He then went over to my utility closet and looked at the stack able and took some measurements and stated that the new one would allow me to close the door, so he left. The delivery person stated that the current (old) stack - able was a 24 inch and I had purchased a (new) 27 inch. Later that day I did some measuring of my own and found that the 27 inch would indeed. Called my salesman and he rescheduled the delivery. Before the next delivery I hired movers to come and pull the fridge out in between the the cabinet in wall. On 11/2/19 the new delivery person "Carlos" came and stated that he could not take that fridge because I had food in it (which was not true), he then called a dispatcher who stated that the fridge was disgusting. A Pepsi had exploded in my fridge and I didn't clean it the syrup out because I assumed they were going to haul it away. Due to the condition of the inside the delivery person stated that they could not haul it away. The fridge was cleared of food but he and his dispatcher stated that the fridge needed to be cleaned. I was never made aware that I had to have the fridge not only clear of food, which it was but also wiped down of any stains or spots which it was not in advance from either the delivery person who came out the first time nor the dispatcher I spoke to on 10/30. I called my salesperson who was clueless about these requirements. Carlos left my home without notice and according to my salesperson refused to answer the phone calls of his dispatcher. I then called 844-894-0717 and was told by a rep Nora #47954 that there is no written policy but she said that she didn't know why they didn't take the fridge because they should have. However she informed me that they didn't take the washer/dry because it was not unhooked. The second delivery person Carlos never even looked at the washer/dryer nor made mention of it to me. So basically it is left up to the discrepancy of the driver if they want to haul off the old - items in my opinion. Called customer service and it was confirmed that there is no written policy in place. I then again called customer service at 877-358-1252 to find out if I could get the delivery done tomorrow at least but was told I couldn't. The customer rep at this said that I needed to have the washer/dryer unhooked and the fridge in a "sanitary condition". I would like to know what conditions are being called "sanitary" no one used the toilet in fridge. I digress with my last point. My main concern is that there is no written policy for these process in addition to the fact I was not forewarned of what needed to happen by the salesperson. I need fridge delivered ASAP but keep the stackable. The training and customer service is horrid for this company.
