We dined at Long John Silver's at 7601 82nd Street, Lubbock. We are served OLD ( heat lamp dried out), rubbery shrimp (old), burnt fish & hush-puppies (fried burnt to very dark brown or black). Sometimes there is black spots on the food that means the grease is old. Yesterday (1/29/2016) there was a hase in the air from burnt. The door is nasty dirty. They did not give a receipt back or I would provide. Does anyone monitor these restaurants?
