Im writing to you about long johns silver in Albuquerque New Mexico. The store address is 3550 isleta blvd sw 87105. I had an absolute horrible expirence and I'm trying to contact any one in any way to share it. Tonight I had two of my clients I work for want long johns silver, I am their caregiver they are both special needs, but are very self sufficient so they like do try to do things them self. They ordered and only got their side dishes so we went back and the people cooking were very upset that they had to make it again and told them they gave out order to someone else which was fine it was an honest mistake. We returned home and were still missing four pieces of fish so one my clients called and the manager said "are you the one that just came in?" And he answered yes and got hung up on. That's when I called because I was assuming maybe there was a miscommunication. A man answered and I told him if I could please speak to a manager and he told me that he was speaking so I explained to him that I am a caregiver of two people who just went in that are special needs and they got hung up on. He told me "there were no special needs who came in!" Shouting at me for no reason and I explained "sir yes there was I am their cargiver they were missing part of there order still" and he told me "they were not special needs!" And I told him "okay sir what's your name?" And he told me "don't worry about it!" And I got very upset and told him "I'm going to reach corporate" and he yelled at me "I am corporate!" And hung up on me. My clients I work for love long johns silvers as soon as they get there money that's their place to go, they just wanted to do something for themselves and they feel discriminated against and taken advantage of because of their disability. I've as well never been treated so badly for just calling about an order we did not deserve to be treated that way for absolutely nothing. In a business especially if you're a manager you have to know how to deal with all types of people. I just hope something gets done for treating people so poorly. Thank you

You know I went to your facility at 4355 South Fort Apache Road in Las Vegas Nevada I went to the drive-thru they don't allow or take orders for your Long John Silver's so I left I come back today I order an L2 the kids that are working in there are paying no attention to their job they shorted my order I ordered an L2 I paid for an L2 which comes with two fish and three chickens all my chicken is full of grease it's like a bucket full of grease they didn't give me two fishes you know I called to try to let somebody know they never answer the phone I called twice the phone rings and rings and Rings somebody picks up the phone and hangs up I am very upset I will not be returning to this facility if you can't provide adequate workers you shouldn't be open for business I paid for my order and I didn't get it and I'm very upset

Went to the long john silvers on wallisville road tried to use my receipt with the experience on back asking about my visit. It says we can use at any location. But this day Aug.23, 2018 the lead was leaning on the register and told the cashier we could not use it there I had to go back to where I got the receipt. Her name was Lauren and she wasn't doing nothing but leaning on drive thru register. There was no business you would think they would be trying to help they custo.ers instead of turning us away. Lauren needs to be retrained or she needs to change her job. No smile no welcoming poor poor service I will not go back to this location ever again and they always are out of everything. They need to shut down like Carl Jrs.across the street

I ordered meal with 2 fish, 6 shrimp, 2 sides. Added large sweet tea and clams. Total over $ 14.00. When I opened box I was disappointed the meal was all jumbled together. I've never had it like that. I noticed I received only 3 shrimp. I do not believe it was accidental . I believe it was because I was a senior citizen. I believe the shortage was supposed to go unnoticed. I am also disabled veteran. I have eaten long john silver all my life. Now I do not trust you.

Stopped went inside came to 14 dollars something to her senior discount it says 10 % 22 cents on 14 dollar some I told her that's no discount she said that what it said she justs works here. 2 weeks in a row I have gone to this store at 2:30ish only to be told they are "out of batter". I don't know how many other days this has happened but it is unacceptable.
The store also needs to be cleaned up (outside). There are weeds around the drive thru taller than me.
How can they run out of batter and stay open when everything they cook uses batter.

I bought a 2 piece fish and 6 piece shrimp platter and the fish was burnt. Tried calling and got hung up on. Then today I took the fish in to them and got told it would be replaced but got charged full price for the meal again. First time I had a 6.99 coupon this time got charged 12.00 for it... got home with it and had no sauce for anything in it. Very dissatisfied...

I went into long john silvers to order some food. I waited at the register good 3 mins while they were all on there phones and finally a employee took my order. I believe her name was Alize or so. But she was very rude. She told me to hurry up and was not very nice. When I was waiting for my food she was talk bad about a different employee. She was not very nice. Definitely never coming back and being told to hurry up ever again.

11.82 cents was the total for my order of 2 fish 6 shrimp platter, girl at the window called her manager to get change for the 12 dollars I gave her. Manager came and said " she didn't have any" received my change in pennies! Receive me food and to my dismay it was old and extremely greasy! Batter on both was the same batter used for the chicken as opposed to the beautiful beer batter advertised. The fish and the shrimp both, where it wasn't tough as Jerkey was mushy! WTH happened with this store? Either lower the price to match the quality or close the store! This was horrible!

Behind counter: floors- filthy, greasy. Employees feet sliding on floor in order not to fall. Unsafe! Work stations-unorderly, a mess! A customer asked for ketchup but there was none up front, so an employee went to the back to get some. He came out with two handfuls, as he was walking towards the customer, he was dropping them. He didn't realize that he was leaving a trail, another employee was walking on them breaking the packages on the floor not on purpose. No sign of a manager. Please, this place is not up proper standards. Please send someone to clean it and check out the manager. Thank you.

Long John Silvers on University Parkway in Winston-Salem, NC. Date August 6, 2018, time 8:12pm. I went thru the drive-thru, placed my order and took part of it t a friend and then went home. Tried to eat the food and it was awful. The fish was so greasy it was nearly impossible to even eat a few bites of it. The potato wedges were so hard that you couldn't hardly bite thru it. The one hush puppy was so greasy and salty it was not edible. Everything was dripping in grease and extremely salty. I threw my food away. My friend that I took part of the food to called and said she appreciated the food but hers was so greasy and salty she had to throw it away. I returned to the restaurant after work and talked to the manager. He would not give me my money back and only told me I should have called at that time and talked to the manager that was there at that time. I don't hardly ever ask for any adjustment to my order nor for my money back so I'm not well versed in complaining to get any kind of compensation. This is a very sorry way to cook and sell food and their people skills are severely lacking. The place Needs to be closed down if this is the best they can do. Contact info Margie Marion [protected]. The reason they did not give you a refund is because you lied and claimed you threw the food away when you clearly ate the food. Why not take the food back. Because you obviously ate the food. They know all about liars and scammers like you who cannot afford their prices. Since you went back to the restaurant why not return the "uneaten" food. You know instead of lying to get your meal for free visit a soup kitchen or something.
the air condition being out
Me and my family went to eat at long john silver on8/3/2018 and it was they hot in the place that people were sweating and the people behind the counter was sweating there butt off and I figure that as much money as they make off their customer they could afford to fix there air condition and or shut the place down until the place fixed like it suppose to be. sincerely hope you'll take care of the problem

Floor is greasy. Needs to be degreased at night when store is closed. No excuse for the floors to be that greasy. Someone can be seriously hurt because of that. I had to eat my fish in 83 degrees air temperatures. I asked for management to make it cooler but all she did was turn the temp lower on her side of the counter where they are cooking. Thats not going to cool down the sitting area. Fix your Restuarant. I will not be back if changes are not made. Also if I slip on your floor on my next visit I will submit a lawsuit.

Upon reaching the counter a woman said in a hateful and racist tone "tell her it's going to be a 10 to 15 minute wait and I don't want anyone getting huffy and angry " all while she was looking at me in a strange way. I'm white and she is African American, this is why I feel it was a racist situation. Then while waiting for food she was cursing behind the counter with customers in the dining room eating.

Called days later about order when arrived sorry you'll have to speak to G M. Really? Why tell me to come back then when I arrive no one can make a decision. Poor management. Cuss to much sits down all day not a people person does drugs and gets in the way of everything does not know how to treat employees with respect the woman before was better at least she stayed out of the way ever since he started 6 employees quit because of the way he acts he needs to stay out of people's business and stay in his office like a hermit crab and leave people alone

I just left the Long John Silver's restaurant at the corner of 71 st and Michigan Road in Indianapolis In. There were 3 people in the restaurant. Two employees and the manager named Tony. He was extremely inhospitable I believe, because we came to dine in and he was shutting down the dinning room which closed at 9 pm. His seemed quite mad at us.

The popcorn chicken was unbelievably small. One order of fries had 10 fries. There were 13 fries in fish dinner. AND there was no cod in the cod plate. Just some rice and green beans.
Someone from corporate needs to go there and portray themself as a customer.
This used to be a good meal for your money, now we will never go again.
