On 4/29/23 I visited the Joann store #2528 at 6:30pm on 2330 East 3300 in Salt Lake City, UT. 84106. I had 3 negative encounters with the same employee, Nicole, on this visit. I tried returning an online order in which she tried to tell me they were not listed on the receipt even though I was looking right at them on the receipt and insisted they were there. She was very rude, muttering under her breath and rolling her eyes at me. She finally just put some numbers in and refunded me. After shopping I came back up to her register with my new purchases, this time she told me the coupon I had was invalid for my purchases. I didn’t understand why and she was angry that I was questioning her. So I walked out as I got to my car. I remembered I had another coupon from my email that was valid so I went back in with it to purchase the items. She continue to roll her eyes and treated me terribly. I plan to follow up on this complaint and make sure this individual is talked to or let go. Someone like this should absolutely not be working in customer service and Nobody should have to encounter such treatment from an employee, especially three times. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE.
