Pizza Hut

We ordered our pizza and there was a birthday party group there also. The children were running and jumping all over the place, hitting at balloons. Lot of noise, we got our pizza and had a little to no sauce on it. We asked for a cup of sauce and we were charged for that. But that is not the issue at hand while we were eating a women put the baby on the eating table and changed its stinkey diaper and then walked up by us to the bathroom with it. This made my husband sick he had to leave and go out side. Asked for the manager and I know she was seeing what was going on in there. She said oh I am sorry for this and I will give you $2.91 off your ticket. We couldn't eat any pizza we should not had to pay for any of it. I stood and watched them clean of the table where the baby had been and they only used the wet cloth to wipe it with and then went and wiped more tables off with same cloth. I dont know what it takes to be a manager at pizza hut that would allow this to go on, and if they do that what goes on with the handling of food. I know that there are health and food laws that managers are required to know but this one knows nothing. I will contact our health dept on mon about this. This was so uncalled for.
