Wendy’s - Filthy store and Manager giving me the middle finger

I was traveling, stopped for lunch, and found the store filthy. The sign said to let you know if the bathroom was dirty, so I did. The entire eating area had no clean tables. Two different customers asked to wipe the tables down, and the male customer said he was taking his son across the street to use the restroom. I asked to speak with the manager, and he came out and said, "We have had over a hundred customers today lady, so I don't care if it's dirty right now." I told him he should care and that that was not the right thing to say to paying customers. He replied, "You clean it!" In all my 64 years, I have never seen such an arrogant and mean person representing your establishment. I started to take a picture of the front of the dirty register, looked over at him, and he had his middle finger up at me. I quickly went to him and caught his gesture in time. He told me to stop taking pictures of employees (which I was not doing). His picture I did take. My sister told him we would report this, and she bet Wendys would take action and he may be fired. He said, "No, I won't."

Desired outcome: Disciplinary action for your manager, Chase (or called himself the manager).
