I needed to use the restroom (it was an emergency) so my husband and I decided to go to Wendy's and buy frostys so we could use theirs. When we walked in, I went to find a seat and my husband went up to the counter to order. After a few bites of my frosty I couldn't hold it anymore so I went up to the counter and asked to be let into the restroom. ( I stood there for 5 minutes before someone finally came to the counter) ( the rest of the crew were having a baby shower in the lobby and not paying attention) The guy working at first told me NO. He said that I had to order something first. I tried to explain to him that I just got a frosty but my husband had actually ordered it for me. Then after arguing with the guy about weather he was going to let me use it and him all but calling me a liar, he yelled across the whole place to someone saying "she says she bought a frosty" while shaking his head and rolling his eyes! Again practically calling me a liar. Then he let Me in only to pound on the door and yell at me the whole time I was in there. I tried to tell him that the tp dispenser was messed up and I was trying to hurry and he just kept pounding and yelling about every 20 seconds until I came out. There was nobody waiting and I was only in there for about 5 mins. I found out his name is Jacob and he dressed like a manager. He was very rude and extremely unprofessional
