12/2/2020 This UPS store keeps closing and is currently closed. When they are open they are not sorting incoming mail, and refuse to give a cohesive answer as to when they will get around to sorting and putting into individual box holders boxes. There is a notice on the door to go to a UPS hub in Port Angeles to drop off packages for mail. No indication if closure is permanent or temporary.
I am a box holder #261 name Gay Rutter. This is where I receive my mail.
The store has not reached out to me to tell me how to get my mail. Their FaceBook page and website do not instruct box holders as to how they can get their mail.
Their voicemail and email are set up with a ROBO response to go to the Port Angeles UPS Hub to mail packages. No instructions to box holders on how to retrieve the mail. The 24 hour access to individual boxes is blocked/unavailable.
I have no way to submit a mail forward, no way to retrieve time sensitive mail that they have had for over 3 233ks they are withholding mail and not providing opportunity to retrieve mail or submit a fwd address for mail to be sent to. Voicemail and email have a robo response on where to go to mail packages. I want to pick up my mail!
I tried to reach out to corporate UPS and again, it seems you can only inquire on a package you are looking for or have shipped. Nothing regarding mail boxes.
There should be some sort of recourse. I have time sensitive medical information that should be there.
What about peoples SSI checks and medications that are mailed there?
This is unacceptable.
