So, I finally got my hands on the Vanilla Monkey's sherpa zipups that I pre-ordered. But, it took a long time, like a month and a half, which is way longer than what they said on their website. When I finally got my order, I was so excited to try them on, but guess what? They sent me all smalls instead of the mediums that I ordered. I was so disappointed, and I tried to reach out to their customer service both through email and phone, but they were not helpful at all. It was like they didn't care about the mistakes they made in my order.

I mean, come on, Vanilla Monkey, you gotta do better than that. I was really looking forward to wearing those sherpa zipups, but now I can't even wear them because they don't fit me. It's not fair that I have to go through all this trouble just because of their mistake. I hope they can fix this soon, or else I might have to look for another online store to shop from.

I've been dealing with Vanilla Monkey for a year and a half now and I gotta say, they're pretty decent. They usually ship out my orders within two days which is pretty good. However, the last time I ordered from them, it took over two weeks for my order to arrive. I was pretty bummed out about it because I had a vendor booth to set up and I needed my clothes. I contacted UPS and they told me that Vanilla Monkey knew about the shipping delays but didn't bother to let anyone know. I was pretty upset about it because I had to cancel my vendor booth and I lost money because of it.

When I contacted Vanilla Monkey about the issue, they wouldn't refund my money because they said they couldn't guarantee ground shipping. I was pretty annoyed about it because I felt like they should have at least warned me about the shipping delays. To make matters worse, they sent me the wrong items. I was pretty frustrated about it because I had to pay a restocking fee to return the items and they could only give me in-store credit.

Overall, I'm not too happy with Vanilla Monkey. I don't think I'll be doing business with them again. They need to work on their communication and customer service. It's not cool to keep your customers in the dark about shipping delays. And if you mess up an order, you should at least offer a full refund instead of just in-store credit.
