Veterans Ford I bought a car from Veterans Ford about three months ago, and I've been having some issues

I bought a car from Veterans Ford about three months ago, and I've been having some issues. First of all, the vehicle had some heavy touch-up paint that ruined the original paint. It's really disappointing. Secondly, I still haven't received my registration, and despite my attempts to reach out, I haven't gotten any calls back. I made the purchase on February 3, and that's when the problems started. The car I bought is a 2018 Ford Edge AWD with the VIN number 2FMPK4APXJBBXXXXX. The manager of used vehicle sales goes by the name Adam. I paid a total of $34,430.45 for the vehicle.

Veterans Ford I brought my 2013 Ford Fusion to Veterans Ford for repairs in early April because it wouldn't start

I brought my 2013 Ford Fusion to Veterans Ford for repairs in early April because it wouldn't start. At first, they said I needed a fan belt, crank sensor, and pigtail. Then, they changed their tune and said I needed spark plugs. After three weeks of them guessing, they finally called and said my engine was shot. I didn't trust them, so I paid $1000 for the non-running vehicle to be towed elsewhere. The other place installed a timing belt, and voila, it started and runs perfectly fine. Veterans Ford tried to take advantage of us, and despite my attempts to talk to them, they didn't listen. They still insisted that the engine needed to be replaced. They're wrong, and I demanded $400 back.

Veterans Ford I bought a 2015 MB C300 on 10/13

I bought a 2015 MB C300 on 10/13. When I got it, there was a vibration. I texted the salesperson, Alidair, and got the vibration checked out. Turns out it's the engine mounts, costing $800 for parts and labor. I've been going to this mechanic for 20 years, and he only works on imports. He said if I had mentioned this issue weeks ago when the car was delivered, it would have been taken care of. I'm disappointed that it wasn't fixed before delivery. The thermostat also went bad, which is another $700. So now I've spent $1500 and I haven't even had the car for 30 days. Here's the text I sent to Aldair: "Aldair, can you please tell me what your European car mechanic fixed on the C300 that I bought last week? When I'm stopped at a light and the car is idling, it vibrates. And if I turn the wheel, it gets even worse. I'm not sure if they just put a band-aid on this problem or if they somehow missed it. But they had the car for over a week." They just told me, "Sorry, you should have bought an extended warranty." I told them about this issue only days after getting the car.

Veterans Ford Ford issued a recall for my car, saying it was safe to drive

Ford issued a recall for my car, saying it was safe to drive. But then the brakes failed. I took it to Veterans Ford and they said the brakes failed because of the recall. They haven't given me any parts or a loaner car yet. I've called the dealership many times, but they haven't given me a clear answer about when the parts will be ready or when my car will be fixed. They also haven't offered me a loaner or rental car. Ford is not taking our situation seriously and doesn't care about our safety.

Veterans Ford I bought a vehicle from Veterans Ford on January 1, 2022

I bought a vehicle from Veterans Ford on January 1, 2022. On the drive home, I noticed a loud noise coming from the left rear. After the New Year's holiday, on the first Monday, I notified the salesperson. He advised me to drive it and see if the noise continued. On Tuesday, I called the salesman again because the noise had gotten worse. He suggested I call a Ford dealership near my home. Since they were 2 1/2 hours away, I did just that. The salesman also recommended that I call Adam P. to inform him of the situation. The Ford dealership near my home couldn't fit me in until the 19th, so I made an appointment. I informed the salesman at Veterans and he gave me Adam's number again, insisting that I call him. I'm really worried that there might be major problems with the brakes or that the wheel might even break off. Oh my goodness! The first thing Adam said was that he doesn't care and won't pay for anything to fix the issue. I'm terrified for my safety, but he doesn't seem to care at all. He was so arrogant and didn't give a darn about me or Ford. I'm extremely worried and scared about the vehicle. His response was that the sales guy who sold me the vehicle can pay for it himself if he wants to. I'm a nervous wreck and completely distraught about this.

Veterans Ford I bought a used 2012 jeep grand Cherokee from Veterans Ford

I bought a used 2012 jeep grand Cherokee from Veterans Ford. On the second day I had it, it broke down and had to be towed back to the dealership. They're saying there's oil in the gas tank. The only way to get to the gas tank is through the cab of the vehicle. The car was locked the whole time I had it, but it was unlocked at the dealership. When I call, they tell me I have to go through the person who sold me the car. He says it's not his job to help me. I asked for a copy of the vehicle diagnostic report so the finance company can check it out. The salesperson says they don't have access to the report. The service department says I have to go through the salesperson. I talked to the used car manager who said he would email me the info, but he didn't send it. They're passing me around from person to person. I don't think there's oil in the gas tank. I think there are big engine problems and they don't want to pay to fix it. If there is oil in the gas tank, the only time the car was unlocked was when it was at the dealership. They're trying to make me file an insurance claim to get it fixed, but I don't have the money for the deductible. Plus, it would be a fake claim because there's no way this happened during the 48 hours I had the car since you have to open the gas tank from the cab. They would have had to break a window or damage the gas tank to get to it. I either want them to pay for the repairs or give me back my $2000 down payment and let me out of the lease. I can't show any documents because they won't give me any. Thanks.

Veterans Ford I'm really upset with this dealership, Veterans Ford

I'm really upset with this dealership, Veterans Ford. They made an appointment for my transmission on Monday, January 1st at 10:00 a.m. I showed up at 9:00 a.m., but they told me there was no technician available and I had to come back the next day. I thought it was funny, but also wondered why they would schedule me if they knew there was no tech. The following day, I dropped off my car at 9:00 a.m. I asked if they could give me a rental since my insurance and warranty cover it, but they said no. They told me I had to wait for the tech to check my transmission and confirm if it would take several days to fix. I said okay and asked them to call me. I waited until 3:30 p.m. and still no call. I tried calling them multiple times, but no one answered. So, I asked a friend to take me there at 4:00 p.m. When I arrived, they hadn't even looked at my truck yet. I remained patient and asked them to call me by the end of the day because I live far away and needed a rental to go to work. It's now 7:00 p.m. and still no call. I called them again, but they said everyone had gone home for the day, including the manager and the service guy assigned to my service. The same guy I spoke to earlier about getting back to me. Now I have to figure out how to get home, which is 45 minutes away, and then come back for a rental tomorrow. I'm a contractor and not having a truck is costing me at least $500. Tomorrow, I'm going to make a lot of noise at Veterans Ford. I strongly advise against going there. This is the second time they're working on my transmission. The first time was at 30,000 miles and now it's at 40,000 miles. Don't buy a Ford and definitely don't give Veterans Ford your business. I've had other incidents with them before too.

Veterans Ford We bought a used 2017 Santa Fe LWB Limited Ultimate SUV with undisclosed mileage on September 11th

We bought a used 2017 Santa Fe LWB Limited Ultimate SUV with undisclosed mileage on September 11th. It was bought for $23,497. The VIN was not provided. We weren't verbally offered an extended warranty, even though we asked our sales rep about it. But, when we signed the final paperwork, there was an As-Is Clause that I signed, thinking the extended warranty would come with it. However, no warranty was offered or included. We drove the car for less than six months, and after a certain mileage, the engine stopped working. Our local dealer, whose name is omitted, in an unspecified location, said they replace engines frequently and that we shouldn't worry. But, our warranty claim was denied. They said if we had the car for longer, they wouldn't have denied it. On February 23rd, Veterans Ford in Tampa contacted us to offer the extended warranty we initially inquired about. We accepted, but then they said it wouldn't cover our current engine situation before finalizing the purchase. The manufacturer and the dealer haven't disclosed the specific problem, only stating the engine needs replacement. After extensive communication with the manufacturer, they suggested contacting the ComplaintsBoard.com Auto-line. Before we bought the car on September 11th, it was sold as Certified Pre-Owned with an unspecified mileage to the previous owner. The engine failed shortly after purchase. As I'm not the original owner, my engine warranty claim was denied. My local auto repair shop can't find a replacement engine due to high demand, which is linked to a known issue causing engine failures and car crashes.
