I recently purchased a 2013 *** from Joe Cecconi in Niagara Falls, NY two weeks ago
I recently purchased a 2013 *** from Joe Cecconi in Niagara Falls, NY two weeks ago. Unfortunately, after a short time, my four-wheel drive light turned on and the car started driving in a bumpy manner. I had to get it towed, and the mechanics at Joe Cecconi said that I needed to replace a sensor in my steering wheel. I ended up spending $767.00 on the repair, but to my disappointment, I am still experiencing the same issues. I brought it back to them, but they informed me that no error codes are showing up. Can someone please assist me?
I went to look at a 2014 *** and I put a down payment down and they wrote me out a receipt for it
I went to look at a 2014 *** and I put a down payment down and they wrote me out a receipt for it. I put down $100 towards the truck which they then sold the truck to someone else a week later since I wasn't approved and never refunded me my money. I have called multiple times and they wouldn't give me a date when they would send the check. I been waiting since February to receive the check and still have yet to receive it.
Bought a new 2022 *** on [protected]
Bought a new 2022 *** on [protected]. The rear doors wouldn't open after they delivered the vehicle. I called the dealership and they told me to bring it in on Saturday 3-26. They called and said they fixed it, but when I got there, it wasn't fixed. Then they said to bring it in on Tuesday. So, I drove it back and they said not today, but tomorrow. They can only fix one door and I have to wait until next month for the other door. This is a lease vehicle and I tried to explain to him that driving 40 miles back and forth to the dealership is a hassle. This is my 3rd trip since Friday. I told Paul, the manager, that having the doors not open seems unsafe.

I got a new car on lease in September
I got a new car on lease in September . Now, I'm trying to return it and do a dealer buy back at another dealership. But when I went to do that, they told me it's not possible. Apparently, the car was in an accident in January , eight months before I bought it. No one ever told me about it. They sold it to me as new with no damage. The dealership found out about the accident when they checked the CARFAX report. They can provide it as proof that the damage happened while the car was in their possession. I've had several issues with the truck related to the damaged area, and it has been in for service many times. If I had known about the accident, I wouldn't have bought the truck.
I bought a car 'bout 6 months ago (December 21) and I had a problem with the seat belt 'round March 3
I bought a car 'bout 6 months ago (December 21) and I had a problem with the seat belt 'round March 3. I told Joe Ceccconi 'bout it many times, but they don't wanna take responsibility and fix it. Instead, they say I gotta pay to figure out what's wrong. I don't think it's fair 'cause they sold me the car like this, knowin' there was a problem. It's a big concern 'cause it's a safety issue. I'm scared for my safety and whoever drives my car. I had other dealerships to choose from, but I picked Ceccconi 'cause my family's bought lots of cars from 'em and I wanted to support local business. But this experience has left me feelin' real bad 'bout Joe Ceccconi's. I'd appreciate it if they could fix the problem soon 'cause I'm really uneasy and don't feel safe drivin' my car.
I have a 3 year old truck from Joe Cecconi Chrysler Complex
I have a 3 year old truck from Joe Cecconi Chrysler Complex. They promised me free lifetime oil changes when I bought it. Both the dealership and Mopar headquarters have records of all the oil changes being done by Cecconi's service department. During my last oil change on 09/19, they told me that the drain plug on the oil pan was stripped. To prevent leaks, they replaced it with an oversized plug. They also said that my oil pan needed immediate replacement, which would cost $1,035.00. I told them that they were the only ones who had changed the oil on my truck and that the plug hole must have been damaged by their service technician when they installed it back into the oil pan. I checked with other local mechanics and another dealership to confirm this information.
I tried to contact the service manager, Mr. Sean R, at Cecconi's multiple times over a 4-day period, but he didn't return my calls. So, I reached out to Mopar national customer service through their 800 number. Dawn (LNU) from Mopar contacted me and said she would get back to me. She called back with an offer from Mr. R to repair the oil pan at half the cost. I explained that I have well-documented records of the maintenance and repairs done on my vehicle, and it was clearly the service technician's mistake that caused this problem. I declined the offer. Dawn said she would contact me again via cell phone. However, several days went by without a call from Dawn or anyone else from corporate Mopar.
Then, I received an email from Dawn informing me that Mr. R hadn't returned her calls and would be absent from work for a week. I urgently need these repairs to be done to prevent any further damage from this situation.
Im beside myself thinking how a company that I have dealt with over the years can one day decide to disregard the customer and turn the tables
Im beside myself thinking how a company that I have dealt with over the years can one day decide to disregard the customer and turn the tables back at you the customer! I bought a car from Joe Cecconi and part of the deal was to take the dash cam and the train horn out of my old vehicle and put it in the newer one that I was buying. They took it out of the old car and when I went back with the newer car they looked confused and skeptical that they could do it as the newer car that i just bought had a different bumper on it. I told them that it had to be mounted underneath the vehicle because it couldn't be mounted where it was mounted before because it had a WINCH bumper. Before I left that day they quoted me a price and I agreed to that price. I asked them if they were sure they could do the job if not I knew other places that could do it. Now I've owned many cars over the years and had different businesses mount that same horn in different places underneath the cars but when I picked up the car late that evening I noticed that the horn was mounted on top where you would mount the WINCH. I tried the horn and it didn't even work! I called the service department and told them the situation and that I had a winch in the back of the car that I planned on having mounted on the bumper. After taking the car back to them and them walking around the car while it was in the bay they said I needed to purchase a skid plate to mount it on. Now why in your right mind tell the customer to go buy a strike plate? Why wouldn't they go buy it to solve the problem? I went home. Thought a couple o days about it and called the service department again and said have you found a solution to the problem. They said no. Now at this point I feel they are avoiding the fact. I told them I was taking it to my mechanic and have them look at it. I took it to Service Tech on Grand Island and he said that he could mount it right so that I could mount the winch, that I didn't need to purchase.
On February 9, me and my friend went to Joe Cecconi dealership to buy a truck
On February 9, me and my friend went to Joe Cecconi dealership to buy a truck. I ended up being the buyer on his contract, so I told the seller, Travor, about the mistake. He went to his manager and came back with a different contract for us to sign. My friend signed on line 1 and I signed on the highlighted area line 2. Now I drive a *** and Travor said they can do the same for me. I complained to Travor that I don't want the ***, I want my vehicle back because something doesn't seem right with this company. Then Travor comes back with a lady and asks why I don't want to keep it. I explained to her that my body is full of spasms and I can barely walk when I get out. She suggested adjusting the seat, but I told her I would rather have my truck back. Now they're asking me to try out a ***, but I told Travor it's not working for me. Another manager says *** if you had told us to give you your vehicle back with the first vehicle, we would have done that. Now I'm angry because they're playing head games with me. The manager says *** you bought 3 vehicles... wait, I bought how many vehicles? He responded 3. I asked when did I ask for my vehicle the first time and you lied and said you don't have it anymore? And what other vehicle did I buy? You bought a ***. I replied we straightened that out, I'm a co-signer on that ***. No, you bought this vehicle too. So the original person, ***, is not responsible for any vehicle, they piled it all up on me. So now I returned the vehicle back to the dealership stating I want no dealings with this fraudulent company. Now I don't have a vehicle and they still have my vehicle. They gave me a vehicle that's not financed, with no monthly payment for the keep and whenever they get it financed, that's what my payment will be, so I could have a payment for $1000. The people they stated on the paperwork I have has *** bank as finance. On February 20th, I received a letter stating that I was declined, so I called the bank and she said no, they haven't been, I forgot the word she used, however, she said no, we're not financing you, you were declined. So they're trying to finance a vehicle I have, running my credit bad, trying to get it financed, just destroying my credit. This is some shady business there. I'm paying my original truck, the ***, that's due on the 28th of February because *** told me yes, make your payment, we sent the check back to Joe Cecconi. Another thing, the *** was $37.7 and they threw everything on that contract on a 2020 and now trying to finance $47.8, almost $50,000.00 for a 2020 ***. That's why I took it back, there is no way I can afford these vehicles. I'm receiving $848 a month from SSI.
