Virgin Gaming account blocked

hello virgin gaming is a complete scam...whenever you need help you can send 15 emails and still fail to get a single response to them. but when they wanna block
your account they can answer faster than ever...my account was also blocked for loopholes on their site and their lack of knowledge my experience with them has been a complete joke and they have a guy named Ben even acting childish in the other end making t even more difficult to deal
with them...I was playing an opponent in overtime about to win my opponent clearly dissconects me and I send a video of evidenceike were supposed to do stating my opponents name and everything at this point on the computer it
still said waiting for match results like VG servers never read
the match so I send them
the video and just go back to the lobby and play the guy in the match again and I lose then 2 days later my account is blocked and I ask them why they said I filed false match results so I presumed to tell him no I was re sending a video in which you failed to even respond to me about ...a guy named of Benjamin does not want to hear it and I tell him him he's so unprofessional and not my fault his 2k servers didn't read the first match...this guy Benjamin has the nerve to email me back saying my suspension has increased to 30 days and if I would like to try to continue to get the win for the match then he would Improve his professionalism while lengthening my
suspension...it's like I'm
literally talking to a smart mouth teenage kid
this site and their employee Benjamin are a complete scam and joke!

Virgin Gaming stealing withdrawal

i deposited money into my account it took seconds for this to happen, after winning a couple of games i withdrawn 21 dollars. they say it will take a maximum 96 hours for them to deliver the money. first they ask if am over 18 i gave them my passport, them they ask residency i gave them a back account statement and letter, they accepted, But it has been 12 days and i still haven't received the withdrawal every time i ask they tell me to wait, basically they rip a lot of people off, i should have listened to the complaints, virgin gaming is a scam

Virgin Gaming Not giving me my money

Virgin gaming say that they take up to 96 hours to transfer your money into your paypal etc after you've made the withdrawel. that is 4 days. I am soon going to be coming to the 6th day of waiting for my money that i rightfully earnt to be transferred to my Paypal. I have sent virgin gaming several emails, and no matter what i say in it, i have always got a reply of;

Have they ever done something to sort it out? no of course not! they don't even have a telephone number to contact so it's not as if i can sort it out over the phone where i know i will get a reply!
if i were to say anything after this, is avoid playing for money on virgin gaming, they aren't a scam but they are useless at giving you your money, unfortunately i doubt i will ever get my money, which is just short of $100.

Virgin Gaming Virgin Gaming is a scam

Virgin Gaming is a scam that takes your money. They claim that you deposit money and let you play opponents online in video games for money. I deposited $10 to give them a test run since I was skeptical. I played 2 games, went 1-1 and somehow I have a Zero balance. I have contacted their customer support multiple times, received a response but not a solution yet. I have proof that I went 1-1 in my 2 games, my record even says it!

This is absolutely ridiculous, please do NOT deposit on Virgin Gaming, do yourself a favor.

Virgin Gaming Blocked account, stucked money, VERY bad support service

Hello. Im very disapointing with you service and im explaning why. You are blocking me or stealing me a lot of money.
Lets start from the beginning… It’s a true fact that I have created 3 accounts and I allways admitted it. I created “Ramuz”, “aeioucaradecu” and “gordafeia” because sometimes i change my PS3 ID for gamer reasons (one every month). I never lied, I told the truth because I didn’t know that was a violation of the rules. But ok never had problems after that, we talked and the problem was solved. You blocked the 2 newest accounts and left me the primary main account open and I never did anything wrong after that. And never complained about it because i made i mistake yes and said i was sorry. This all hapened on 21/11/2012. Next, after that, I ask you to let my “gordafeia” account open instead of the “Ramuz” and you gave me the permission saying "ok, we swich the Ramuz account with gordafeia you can now use gordafeia". And you blocked Ramuz and open gordafeia, ok all fine. So I’ve been playing on the “gordafeia” account since that day (because its my actual laccount for everything, as I explained to you and you again said that was ok since I don’t have more than one account) and I played a lot and a lot on that account and as you can calculate I made money on that account. And now 5 days ago, my account gordafeia was blocked with all my money on it because... "im violating the rules(?!?!?!?)". Basiclly I violated a rule because you “told me I can violate”. And I have the proofs of you telling me I can use “gordafeia” account on the picture. And to finish I last want to say that I don’t mind use Ramuz, I don’t mind use the account that you wante me to use but please the fair thing you have to do is at least let me transfer the money off “gordafeia” to the account that you want me to use. Or simply let me take the money to paypal and than block it forever.

SEND EMAILS LIKE THESE AND THEY ALLWAYS RESPOND "you are not allowed to created more than one account" and they only respond when i send 1999999 emails because they just dont f***** care! GOT MORE THAN 100$ STUCKED

So I was playing and randomly got blocked, I had over 100 dollars in my account and now i cant get it out… all i want is to get the money i have earned out of the website and into my account… i have gotten money before, I just want the rest of it… Virgin Gaming isn’t a scam, but sometimes they screw you over.

Virgin Gaming This site is ripping people off left and right while making a lot of money

Virgin Gaming is a website that allows you to play online against other people to win money but only if win a certain number of games. They have all these fair guarantees and customer support promises that arent true. I played Madden 12 online using this site. The site has cheaters on it; for example, i was winning with just a few minutes left by 24 points and the person i played quit and i never got the recorded win i ended up getting a loss. A win wouldve gotten me to the $50.00 prize but instead i lost my $10.00 that i had to pay to enter the match. I contacted there support team via email but never responded, even though it says they have live reps 24/7 to make sure there is no cheating. Complete lie, ive lost out on $100.00 because of this scam. No way can this be legal. This site is ripping people off left and right while making a lot of money. This needs to be shut down permanently.

I won 8150 on the 22nd of October when I withdrew it they withheld my withdrawal stating they needed dpf from my bank witch I sent the next day I have emailed them numerous times to be told the withdrawal is with the due diligence team and they can’t tell me anything else it’s been over 3 weeks and I still don’t know we’re I stand

This site is for cheaters not real gamers with skills. I was kicking a dude ### but at halftime it seems like he put a code in because the screen started to flicked like 3 times. I've never seen that before. Then he can back with lock down D perfect blocking and my dudes started to drop the ball out of nowhere! We need to stop this ### ASAP or give a black eye to gaming online, I'm telling everybody who will hear me not to go to virgin gaming. This site will give you a virus on your CPU also so watch out.

I'm sorry to hear you had a bad experience on the site. While we don't have any control over how other players behave, this is certainly the kind of issue our support team can resolve for you. You said you contacted us via email, but did you try sending in a help ticket via the support area of the site? That's the best way to get help and track the status of your request. If you did, what was the ticket ID number so that we can check into it for you?

In the future, be sure to check an opponent's reputation score and player feedback before accepting a challenge. That info will help you find good matchups against reliable players (which is most of the people on our site!)
