Horrible HOA practices by Vision Community Management at a local community
Horrible HOA practices: Vision Community Management practices aggressive, dishonest profit-making by making repeated false claims against homeowners. I received a landscaping violation the same day I was trimming an overgrown bush. A small pile of dirt and twigs was left temporarily due to a full garbage container. Despite clearing it the same day, I received a dated violation letter on April 20th, but only got it on April 30th. A second letter arrived seven days later, falsely stating the issue persisted on May 7th. This company seems to bulk mail violation notices without verifying the cleanup, aiming to profit from homeowners. They hide behind legalities to avoid harassment, fraud, and dishonest business practice claims. Their landscapers blow debris into my yard and pool, causing extra cleanup, yet they fine homeowners for resulting weeds. The company doesn't take calls directly, likely due to their poor practices. They deserve a negative 5-star rating and a revoked business license. Other reviews suggest that regulatory bodies should intervene to address this company's aggressive and poor behavior.

The Homeowner association is preventing other Internet provides from servicing the Community, only COX is allowed and this results in bad internet service or forces residents to pay really expensive service in comparison with other offer their competition has. For example I currently have the basic 10mbps basic service for 44.99, other provider like Century link offer better service with no price changes for life with the same price but with a 40mbps connection. I've put in a request with the association via their mailbox and received no response and it was just dismissed. As I consumer I should have a say on who do i buy/contract services with

I live at a town home community that vision manage's
I live at a town home community that vision manage's. I have been asking vision to evict my neighbor for repeated HOA violations. Shaun N said to me since the neighbor breaking the violations is a property owner that the man can just continue to break the regulations and they can not do anything. I do not believe this to be true. I am the victim suffering from serious health issues and need sleep and rest and for a year i have been getting harrassed by this neighbor Loud music, vandalizing my car, washing chemicals out on the sidewalk deliberately at me setting of fireworks outside my windows and shooting off shotguns, ridding his bike on the sidewalk full speed directly at me ( i am on a walker) this has been deliberate to cause me insidious harm to my health and person. Shaun N response was there is nothing they can do because the neighbor next to me is a property owner of his unit . I have the right under our regulations to live in peace. I claim that i a disabled person am being discriminated against and am not being given recognition as such. Vision is herby not following our terms of agreement when out property was incorporated.

On March 25th I received an email from my management company, it was a letter from the *** HOA. It was in regards to a fee of $50.00 for weeds, the letter was dated March 19th. I did not get the actual letter from them until the 25th of March. My landscapers were out at my house on the 21st of March. I am not sure if there were weeds or not, but they took care of it if there were. Last month they had also imposed a fee for weeds, we paid it because in fact we did have weeds that we didn't take care of. That is why we decided to hire landscapers to take care of our yard. It has not even been a month since the last fine and my landscapers being here, when I am getting another one. I tried to resolve it with the HOA by phone and email to request the fines be removed and they refused to. I believe they are being unreasonable in imposing more fees, we have had quite few rain on the past weeks. There were probably some weeds, which we took care of. The fact that they drafted the letter on March 19th and our yard was worked on two days later and they still fined us $50.00 is absurd. I feel that they are taking advantage of this situation to impose fines on people. They are not being reasonable with people especially right now with all that is going on in the world. As a business they should be thinking about the situations that people are going through right now and not trying to take advantage.
