What has happened to this provider. Use to be you felt being taken care of while picking glasses and being fitted. The pre-eye exam felt as if I was being herded like cattle. Clerks were complaining about what they had to do. No personality or experience seemed to be with clerk. Hit my nose with machine when switching eyes. Clerk did not even seem to care. Personal hygiene was questionable.
I did have a great experience with doctor and clerk that helped me pick out my glasses. Very professional.
However, when I went to pick up my glasses, felt like I was the welfare line. one clerk on duty for numerous people waiting to pick up glasses. Child running around store like a banshee, young girl (mother chasing child with shorts that a mother should not let a child leave the house in. Supervisor trying to be polite and take control of the situtation, fail!
Clerk did not even sit with me, just gave me glasses and ask how they fit and can I see ok and told me I can stop anytime for adjustments. All the while other clerks not knowing what to do having to ask the only person (supervisor) what to do.
For the amount of money spent service was bad! When I left 2 clerks outside smoking. don't care they were smoking but with customer's waiting to serviced, seems inappropriate.
So glad to leave there without being fitted properly.
