Good day
My complaint mainly about the technical support services, there resolving of connection problem and announcing wrong information
I suppose to get a speed of 2MB, but lately it never reach that speed, and i can not download a 31.2 MB and i got to call the technical support every week else it is very slow.
My last call they were insisting that the problem is in my I Phone that slow down the connection more over they claims that the problem also in "Windows 10" and it got a conflict with Vodafone services that do this problem and i got to use another system.
Last thing they told me that they they are the people who get complaints and no were else i can complaint for this while they did not solve the issue
Please check my issue with that team and today i talk twice with 2 different representatives.

Dear Sir three weeks ago I decided to sign up for a contract with vodaphone in Spain for a mobile, landline and internet connection. The tech dept has made 3 appointments with me to install the modem and didn't bother to show up. This has got to be one of the worst customer services that I have come across. When you wait all day at home instead of going to work and nobody bothers to arrive it is very frustrating. Don't use vodaphone pick another company.
unethical - suspicious behavior by a vodafone employee

I would like to report a suspicious behavior by one of Vodafone employees named Ahmed Refaat (mobile: +[protected]), working at Vodafone Nabq Bay Branch at Sharm El Sheikh - Egypt.
He took a picture with his mobile for my Debit Card without my permission, claiming that he needed to take reference of the expiry date.
I requested him to delete the picture, he said he did, but he never showed me the deletion on his mobile, he just confirmed verbally that he did.
I didnt have authority to investigate his mobile, but I registered the incident with my bank, just in case any suspicious transaction took place.
My card is valid till 2021, and I am holding him and Vodafone responsible for any suspicious transaction until the expiry of my card.
It is such a pity to demonstrate such unprofessional/unethical behavior, by an employee of a reputable company such as Vodafone.
Of course not to mention that I bought a pre-paid sim card, and was told that it will be operational within 30mins, and that was yesterday, and till now, the SIM is not working.
I got a line yesterday from vodafone and it was suspended today without warning
I have always respected Vodafone, but I had an awful experience with them today. I'm being served by Vodafone Egypt. I bought a line yesterday from Vodafone store and I paid 550 L.E deposit so I can use the international service. I was expecting a call from London at my new working phone. I was surprised I didn't get the call because it was an important business call. I checked my phone and I found no service. They suspended my line without warning which caused huge problems with my boss. He thought I gave him wrong number, I tried to contact customer service. They weren't helpful or supportive at all. It turns out one of the employees in the store didn't complete certain procedures. It wasn't my fault! They asked me to pay 1000 LE to receive calls and I was in a middle of a meeting, I told them I'm at work and asked them politely to only allow receiving calls until I go and pay the rest of the money though it wasn't my fault. They refused and didn't allow me to talk to the manager or helped me out. I'm in a huge problem with my manager who expected me to pick his calls. I always respected Vodafone but I will suspend all my Vodafone lines because customer services at Egypt aren't professional at all and they are giving bad name to Vodafone U.K.

My c/o is very distressing to any client who use a service and is very regular in paying for this service .
My problem started sat 22/7/17 at noon when i found my cell phone dead and not receiving a signal from vodafone, and after 2 h wait i called the customer service who told me to colse and open the telephone many times and to change the sim card to another telephone but in vain so they ended and told me to go to one of the branches to change the sim card . Next day i went to the vodafone branch who tried to change the ship 2-3 times but still the same problem of not detecting any signal. At the end the person in the brach who was realy helpful and after being more than one hour in front of him told me that we have a computer problem for your line and i will try to fix it in one hour and advised me to go and wait . I waited not only 1 hour but 5 days .During this five days i can not express my feelings to you about waiting on hold for a reply for hours and hours to the degree that i stayed on line with them on sunday 23/7/17 from 2.00 pm up to 12 midnight from one customer service man to another without any even explanation of what is the problem and when it will be solved . I asked them to transfer my call to another line in my group so that i can help my patients and respond to their emergencies but they said it is impossible . Stayed on that for sunday, monday, tuesday. On wednesday i decided to call a freing working in vodafone company on personal basis who did his best with his friends in the technical dept.And could return the line activity on wednesday evening .
I tried to send a c/o to the customer service and wait for response that never comes till now and i knew accidentaly from one new customer service young lady that my c/o was canceled by the same man who received it for unknown reason .?
it is noteworthy to mention that i am considered by vodafone egypt a vip customer and also the authorised person for a group of lines in my company .
It is also noteworthy to mention that i am an emminant obstetretian and gynecologist in alexandria egypt and u can estimate how much sorrow was layed on my patients who could not reached me in their emergency cases in these 5 days and how much financial damage happened to me in those 5 days .

I recharged through application 250 EGP I got a confirmation message from the bank that they took the money CAUSE my packadge is closed but no credit was added to my balance! I called vodafone customer service, he told me to go to the nearest branch, although I don't have time to go.
I think you made the application to be easier for your customers!
How it come that i pay more than my bill to use it, and the customer service said to me, no you can't use it as it will be deducted from next bills !

This is honestly the worst company I have had to deal with in my life so far. I have been their client for four years and it has been a nightmare.
Firstly, the Internet. I got internet in my house in Spain in 2014 the first time. In total I had to get internet 3 times while living there. All three times were difficult. While they make the contract for you easily, canceling it is almost impossible. Firstly, I had to wait at least a month for them to instal the internet all three times. The last time I had to wait 2 months which was absurd. After moving out I followed all the steps required by Vodafone in order to cancel the internet only to find out a year later they were still charging me.
In 2016 I went to a Vodafone store in order to see why my phone contract bill had suddenly gotten more expensive. When going to the store the employee was very unhelpful and had convinced me that I had the cheapest contract and that I was being charged the right amount. However, when trying to cancel my phone contract I was informed that I was still paying for my internet a year later. Of course customer service was useless and since I was not in the country anymore I could not go to the store anymore. No one was willing to help me.
I got a phone contract in 2013 with phone calls, texts, and gb. For four years the gb would run out half way through the month claiming I have used up all the internet even though I am connected to the wifi most of the time. After four year of having the number I tried to cancel it. In order to cancel the number you need to call a phone number they give you for the customer service. I have never been so frustrated in my life as when I tried to cancel this contract. I called the customers service and no one spoke English or was willing to speak to me in slower simpler Spanish in order for me to understand. Once I asked them to give me someone who spoke English, I got transferred a couple of time before being hung up one. This happened a couple of times before I gave up on speaking to someone in English and just decided to try again in Spanish. This is when I was informed that I was still paying for internet.
Over a month after I canceled my phone contract I was charged again by Vodafone on my credit card. When checking if my sim card worked, it did not and it had been cancelled so I could not even call customer service to see why they charged me.
The worst company . They do not care about their customers, all they want is to get money. They make getting contract easy but canceling anything absolutely impossible. I will never work with them again and I do not recommend that anyone else does either.

I am very disappointed to officially inform you, that my personal Vodafone information was disclosed without consent pursuant to lawful authority to a third party, in order to be used as an exaction against my self, including but not limited to:
• My Vodafone business package and bill.
• The highest call duration and numbers.
• Business numbers and colleagues.
• Private numbers for high end positions and politicians.
The above is not acceptable by any meaning, and will defiantly damaging your reputation in the market of protecting customer information, however; I am 100% sure of what I am saying and have all my supporting documents, which maybe subject up to and including a custody case against your company.
I am expecting an official explanation from Vodafone in not too much distant.

That my balance is19.07EGP and my internet data used is 17.5 mega
After that i recharged 10 EGP i fpund my balance became only 13.5 EGP as appered with attached msm
So, i called customer service at 3:00 AM
They called me they will check and call me back witch not happened.
So, i went today 5/6 at Vodafone branch qawmia st at Zagazig city at 12:00 pm
i was surprised with there Very bad way of a communication and way of take as they told me that i had used internet data by 17 EGP
at the same time i had received the msm
when i show to them the msm they told me that they don't care they only believes in system in front of them and it's my fault if you want to change to any other compitotrs

After that i called call center at 12:30 pm asking for. amail for complain but they refused to give it to me, and told me to complain online as they don't remember the mail so i need an official mail for complain.

I recharged online (50LE) from Vodafone website, I got a confirmation message from the bank that they took the money, but no credit was added to my balance!
I called vodafone customer service, he told me to go to the nearest branch, although I don't have time to go.
I went to a branch at night, he told me all I could do is a request, and treated me in a very bad way and wasn't behave good with me, as if it doesn't matter to him what happened!
I called Vodafone customer service again and he told me unless u went to branch, you should go and follow up in the branch, I talked to the manager and he told me you don't have to and I will fix it to you, and that he will call me every half an hour to give me updates (his name is Ibrahim as he told me), but he was lying and called me only once and never called me again!, , and guess what when I told him that I want to change to another telecom company, he told me okay go to the telecom company and tell them that you want to!
I have been a customer for more than 12 years! And it's the second time Vodafone took my money and didn't give it to me!
If it's not important for a company like this to be a part of it, so I don't want to!
Please note that when I told him that I will right a complaint to Vodafone UK, it doesn't matter to him and just told me to go a head!
Thanks Vodafone for employing such a rude staff in Egypt! In customer service and in branches! It was really disappointing from such an international company!

We havd an Issue with your company, we had ave 45 business lines were suspended and we had an agreement with your company confirmed with email sent from your side to settle the invoice amount 60 Egp K and we retrieve our business lines, unfortunately, we accomplished our part of the deal and your company hasn't accomplished any thing yet !? We need to have an urgent and affirmative solution and reply back.
As well, we had a lot of trials with Account Manager and even tried to register a complaint on Egypt we page but in vain every time after I register and send it comes back that error occurred and try later again !>>>>?
I guess this is not acceptable from a Top multinational company market leader like Vodafone or your company got enough as say " Fat and Happy " that doesn't care or pay attention to such complaint I writing ! But let me tell you that such looks like minor complaint would be a snow ball effect with my persistence and Egypt ignoring drive me to the challenge to get my complaint to every where on the media and all levels of interactions,

force to accept of opened boxed phone with contract
12th April I went to get a new contract with Vodafone as I already had SIM card with orange. I had gone to the store on previous Friday but orange cancelled the transfer due to different documents used for contract.
I was forced to take new contract as my phone was stolen. I was really upset as I had no way of contacting anyone and I am also new in Barcelona I was not sure what I can do or can not. I can understand quite a lot in Spanish but I can not speak it.
On 13th April around 15:00 I went to check if everything was ok.
All the times I walked into the store I spoke to the same advisor. Really lovely and helpful even though she did not speak well in English.
She informed me that everything was ok and that the orange has approved the transfer as I wanted to keep the same number.
Everything was done and she had scanned the phone box and SIM card. I was not sure at one point to what she was doing but at one point I said to her "please don't tell me that this phone is mine" as I noticed that the box was open. I was pissed off and so angry that this girl have been so lovely to me every time I walked in the store but she really thinks I must be stupid and I don't speak the language.
I than told her that I will not take that phone because the box is open like come on. you can not think that people don't have the human right of refusing to take the phone when the box is open. just like you would not go to a store to buy a phone when the box is open. I was disgusted and frustrated with the fact that she said like 20 times "YES BUT THE PHONE IS NEW" looking at me like its normal. I than said to her "Where is my guarantee that the phone is new?" all she dis is keep saying that the phone is new. Her colleague than joined in and said "Here in Spain we open all the boxes to check that the phone is new" I just looked at him and asked him if he thought I was stupid because they were by this point treating me like an idiot.
The girl new that I really needed a phone as by this point I had no phone for almost a week.
She than said to me "I can not cancel the contract now neither the phone as I already scanned the phone and the SIM card and it has all been approved and submitted as your new contract and its all done." She literally told me I had no choice but to take the phone and it was REALLY NEW and if anything was to happen I have 2 years guarantee and insurance with it. I was so upset and disgusted by all of them and also not speaking the language. I just wanted to leave the store and get it all done with. They were literally laughing at me and the fact that they put me in the position where I had no choice but to take the phone.
I am disgusted that Vodafone is allowing their staff to open new phone boxes and than selling them to customers. putting customers in such position that they can not do nor say anything. Vodafone should be taken to court for braking the law of selling phones like that and forcing people to than take them after all the paperwork was done signed and approved. this is pure fraud. how do I know that Vodafone is not replacing all the new phones with used ones and fooling the customers.
I was literally forced and left with no choice but to take the phone.
I was mislead, fooled, humiliated and disrespected all at the same time.
VODEFONE YOU DISGUST ME, JUST LIKE YOUR STAFF.
I will be reporting this to authorities of selling fraudulent goods to non Spanish speakers and taking advantage of tourists and probably to miserable people too.

At the beginning, I’m sorry for my weak language.
I would like to deliver this complaint. I would also like to express my shock and angry from Vodafone Egypt branch staff
Initially my internet ADSL connection interrupted 20 days ago. After searching for this problem, I found that the reason is to change wires to the fiber optic
After the construction completion. i was contact with Vodafone EGY to return the service again they told me that they are going to solve the problem and in the case of increasing the duration of two days they will give me USB during the period of solving the problem.
10 days later and no one talking to me.
And when i called them again they apologize for delay and they said that the problem will take a long time and when I asked them about the solution they said that I have the right to get USB from any branch of Vodafone
Actually, I am currently in Saudi Arabia, I was talking to them through my Vodafone number and When I asked them to give my wife the USB they refuse. Also they not accept my suggestion to send a signed Authorization to her by Email to receive it. Although she has an official ID card includes my full name And also she has the marriage certificate
When I asked to talk to a supervisor in charge he refused and told me that he could talk to me in a couple of hours. Note ( the time I had 12:00 AM and I'm in a different country and talk to them from my mobile more than 30 minutes
They did not talk neither I nor my wife where she also contacted them and she asked for the supervisor and they said also within two hours
Which compelled me to request to cancel the service, where that does not mean for me a difference between the (end of service & let it without service) it's same position
All this happened with Mr. Ayman Taher customer service employee and his supervisor Mr. Amr Farouk that was Thursday on 07/03/2017 22:26 pm
So, I hope to solve my problem and please if you don’t mind clarify the following point to me
1- Does Vodafone rules & regulations allow employees to leave the customer without response for his questions more than 10 days

3- 2. Does Vodafone rules & regulations Prevent my wife to receiving what have in spite of my mandate to do so. and she has official ID includes my full name and also has the marriage certificate

5- 3. What is the huge problem that will happen to Vodafone or to me in case of my wife received this USB

12-This is Vodafone Egypt now. Do not care about the problems of their clients. There is no willingness of the staff to reach solutions that satisfy customers. Did not contact customers come back again to try to satisfy customers.

I have a problem that has been persisting for long now . It happens that when i have airtime along with data bundles on my phone it doesn't notify me that my bundles have been depleted, it takes the airtime which is not fair yet when i don't have airtime you people are quick to notify me that i need to buy data bundles since they finishing. Your data bundles are already expensive as it is all you can do is be fair to us as customers, I'm sure I'm not the only one who has experienced this problem

I was a loyal Vodafone customer for a long time and I must say that these guys are the worst ever. They don't care about anything but money, they do not respect their customers! I called them to asked why did they raise the bill but they did not explain anything, just said they had some changes.
Then they raised my bill again and I called and told them I'll find another company and they started to threaten me that my contract wasn't over yet and etc.
If you are not Vodafone customer then you are lucky! Don't deal with them, their prices are crazy and customer service is a complete nightmare!

Your service is absolutely appalling, I have been the victim off 7 illegal sim swops on 3 off my contracts whit you, I have even tried to cancel two off then after spending an hour on the phone whit cancellations the contracts were not cancelled, and now I get a bill of R3700.00 for data that was used on the one contracted. I have been waiting for two mounts now for someone to phone me back and still nothing, I have spent hours on the phone whit your useless call center and no one can help or even tries to resolve the issue, I was promised on more than one call that someone will get back to me but no one ever does I have e-mail Susan Monaise, more than I can remember, but still nothing . The money now has been taken off my bank account, and still the call center tells me to speak to accounts they can’t help please can you just give me a call to sort this out
