My 83 year old mother had a **** Cadillac that she wanted out of her garage
My 83 year old mother had a *** Cadillac that she wanted out of her garage. It was in the way and made it hard to get into her other car. She also had a sentimental tie to the Cadillac as it was her mothers. Volo made the transaction very easy for her. We sent pictures of the car to *** at Volo and he made her a very fair offer. They did a wire transfer of funds and will pick up the car next week. It made the transaction very quick and easy as it is hard for her to get around. Thank you *** and Volo
Just purchased my 2nd vehicle in the last 12 months from Volo Auto Museum
Just purchased my 2nd vehicle in the last 12 months from Volo Auto Museum. Joey *** has handled both transactions for me. They have a fantastic selection of Muscle and Classic Cars to choose from. The vehicles they offer have a complete video and pictures of everything so you know exactly what you're getting. They have exhibited a great deal of honesty and integrity both times I have dealt with them. I would not hesitate to do business with them again. Many thanks to Joey S. and Jay Grams at Volo Auto Museum! D. Webb ***, TX
I have sold *** many fabulous cars from my collection of rare and sometime one of one. One of the main reason I go to him with my cars is because *** is fair, but the REAL reason is because I get to work with *** . This person is so good, there's not enough lines to write about her and their staff. My money is always in my bank the next day and the transport truck is here to pick up the cars with in a few days. Samy coordinates all of the money, transportation and title work. I just wish *** would let me buy cars from him instead of buying all of mine. he say's I'm too fussy. :)). When you deal with the Gram family and associate's your getting the BEST their is. PS. The *** Dodge Dart GTS on his website is fabulous. Wish I had it back. Good luck to the next owner. It's truly is the BEST out there.

To Anyone thinking about Buying at Volo , my name is *** , I have had the honor of finding cars for The Volo Museum! They are a very professional Group! I have worked with *** and Samy, and They both are extremely helpful, and thorough!
My email to Volo Auto Museum.Just wanted to thank you all in your efforts to get me the car of my dreams! Sorry for the long message, but you all are awesome and theres some things that need saying! I babied my *** Bel Air Convertible all the way to *** keeping her at 60 mph or less and arrived to *** last night. There were no issues whatsoever as far as driving the car from ***, *** to . Other than needing to add a quart of oil (which I know is not unusual for an older engine) during a fuel stop about half-way to , and the fuel gauge showing incorrectly (it showed empty when it was still a half-full tank), the car ran excellent and rode much smoother than the 2022 Jeep Rangler rental I had from ***..My overall observation from my entire experience at Volo Auto Museum and sales is nothing short of outstanding! You all are the epitome of customer service. Every one of the staff that I engaged with was very welcoming, cheerful, friendly and helpful, right down to the last detail. You all accommodated my unique situation coming from *** and helped ensure I got the car of my dreams. I cannot thank you all enough. A special thanks goes to *** for coordinating my purchase, from my initial inquiry of the car to the final purchase and beyond. He was very proactive in answering all of my questions, showing me the car, assisting me with getting insurance, and offering the option of delivery transportation of my car, even though I drove it away. He helped promote the museum to me and coordinated my personal photo with the famous *** car sales promoter and owner, ***! He also gave me suggestions on a good hotel nearby. *** should be commended for his great service and for exceeding my expectations at Volo Auto Museum.Lastly, I thought your entire museum was so awesome; I was able to take a walk back in time. It felt like I was in the Back to the Future time machine. Honestly, I felt the museum was beyond awesome and I dont have a better word to describe it. There were so many things I saw that reminded me of times being a kid and growing up, from the coin-operated kid rides, the carousel, coin-operated organs and pianos (that reminded me of the carnivals I used to attend as a small boy), monster tractor The Outlaw (tractor/truck pulls I saw at many County/State Fairs), the old tractors (my Uncle had an iH Farmall Cub (Red) that I drove as a young teen), not to mention, of course the classic cars that I helped my Dad work on as a kid (He passed in *** and seeing certain cars brought great memories with him).
I'd like to thank the VOLO Auto Museum for helping make the purchase of my "Dream Car" a reality
I'd like to thank the VOLO Auto Museum for helping make the purchase of my "Dream Car" a reality. This was the first time I ever bought a car online and out of state. The Sales Rep, Erik was AMAZING! He was easy to contact, he answered ALL my questions, and he replied within the hour! The entire buying process was simple and the all the staff very helpful, with Brenda who did all the paperwork, which I received in that week. With dozens of photos of the car and a lengthy video, VOLO made this a great and fun experience. Thank you again to Erik, Brenda and Jay.
Excellent company to work with, bought our car sight unseen! Couldnt be happier. And the transport company was exceptional. Would definitely recommend them both! Thanks again, love our 68 Camaro
Great purchase experience. *** was great. Great Mopar vehicle !Five Stars. Only beef:I had hoped that Spending $60,000 would have included more than an 1/8th of a tank of Gas
was great, making the entire process (funds transfer, documents, transportation, etc.) efficient and easy to complete. Very trustworthy.
The sell and pick up of the car was just like Samy said it would be. The whole process was a pleasure and I would recommend them to anyone. ***.
*** N.I have been doing business with Volo Auto Museum for over 30 years
N.I have been doing business with Volo Auto Museum for over 30 years. During that time I have purchased, sold, consigned and traded cars. I recall only two issues over that time and both were resolved quickly and completely to my satisfaction. Purchasing cars *** your expectations.Their web-site boasts a large inventory with photos and videos to describe the cars. I check their web-site daily. I believe they are the largest dealer of this type. Despite that they handle all inquiries promptly. They hold themselves to high standards and meet them all.
I have never felt more comfortable buying a car as I did purchasing from Volo and ***. Their main concern is that I was happy with my purchase. No pushy salesman tactics at all and very informative.
My experience with *** Auto was a great one. Everyone that I had communicated with by phone and email were very helpful and knowledgeable. My Chevelle arrived without issue and I love driving it.
Im based in *** and have been on both sides of the desk, as a buyer and a consigner of multiple vehicles over the years and have found *** and *** to be above and beyond! The Volo team is knowledgeable, reasonable and they will continue to be my #1 choice for selling and buying classic *** from
and his team were great to deal with. *** went up and beyond to put a deal together on a truck I had consigned with them. *** is not just a order taker, He is a real sales person that listened to the buyers concerns, called me found out the answer and then put the deal together. Good job ***!
I've purchased seven vehicles from the Volo Museum and have found them to be a pleasure to work with
I've purchased seven vehicles from the Volo Museum and have found them to be a pleasure to work with.*** does a terrific job describing the vehicles in his videos, accurately points out their strengths and flaws. The sales manager *** is a great guy, easy to work with, and creates a no pressure sales experience.I recently purchased a 29 model A and had to leave town due to a family emergency the day it was scheduled for delivery.Joey personally coordinated things with his staff and my wife to complete the delivery while I was out of town.*** coordinates vehicle title and registration, and is on top of things and always returns calls promptly.I wouldn't hesitate to to recommend Volo Museum to any of my fellow car enthusiasts.
I just completed my 2nd transaction with the folks at VOLO motors
I just completed my 2nd transaction with the folks at VOLO motors. Cars are a passion of mine as a result I have the opportunity to work with a LOT OF DEALERS. I must say the family at VOLO ( and I do mean family ) treated me as one of them. From Jay the buyer and movie star, to Joey the sales rep, George the driver and the best of all Brenda the paperwork Queen! They were all down to earth and did EXACTLY what they said they would do! If every car experience went like these the industry would have a much better name! Last but not least keep in mind they are dealing with older vehicles and not just launching out the door new cars with warranties. Their fair representation of the product and follow up I found to be second to none. You guys are doing a great job keep it up! Bill

On Friday June 11, I accepted their offer to trade my 61 Lincoln on their 63 Thunderbird asking if they would pay shipping
On Friday June 11, I accepted their offer to trade my 61 Lincoln on their 63 Thunderbird asking if they would pay shipping. On Saturday salesman replied that he would work on the deal. On Monday I notice website shows sold. When salesman returned to work on Tuesday he informed me that car sold to person who out of the blue came in bought car. I asked how that is possible since I had accepted their offer pending whether they or I paid shipping. If this dealership had any integrity they would tell the other buyer that due to poor communication within their dealership they did not realize that car was already sold and return their money and proceed with the deal that I had already made with them. I am extremely bitter towards this establishment and want to make sure that prospective customers are aware of the total lack of professionalism that they will have to endure. I give one star because no stars is not an option.

So I bought a gorgeous 68 Camaro from Volo
So I bought a gorgeous 68 Camaro from Volo. Buying experience was great. Car delivered without issues. Was having a great time driving it. Owned it for 2 weeks and maybe drove for a couple of hours. Then after a drive, parked and car caught fire. Totally destroyed. Why did this happen? Unknown. Fire destroyed the entire front end so really impossible to determine cause. Best guess is some kind of fuel issue. It was a classic car bought as is and I'm not suggesting there was any liability on their part. My insurance covered the loss and things happen. Never happened to me before but it is what it is.What I am unhappy about is that I called the salesmen to let him know about it and his response was too bad, if you need another car, let us know if we can help. Not very sympathetic or helpful. I was just trying to let them know that a car they just sold caught on fire. I was not looking for anything in particular and was not calling because I wanted anything. I was very surprised by the response and very disappointed.

I recently purchased a 73 Hurst Olds Cutlass from Volo auto museum
I recently purchased a 73 Hurst Olds Cutlass from Volo auto museum. It was a very pleasant and comfortable experience. No sales pressure and they answered all my questions Thoroughly and honestly, pointed out all the good as well as any flaws the vehicle may have had. The videos they do on the vehicles for sale are very well done and again present all the good features as well as any flaws ,very honest people in my opinion and experience. I would definitely purchase another vehicle in the future from volo. Thank You. Like they say you are going to experience some mechanical issues and maintenance every now and then, that's normal in owning a vehicle thats 40-60 years old, wheather it's restored or not. If you are not willing to do some maintenance and except that from time to time there will be some break downs, then your not a true car guy and have no business owning a classic muscle car and should go to the dealer and buy a brand new one with a Warranty and bring it to the dealer to fix instead of owning a real classic muscle car and whining everytime you have to do maintainance or fix a Mechanical issue. Yes i did say it, somebody had to for all the whinners and cry babies out there. Old classic muscle rocks!
I bought a 1970 Dodge Super Bee "rotisserie restored" vehicle for $75,000.00 Near every statement made in the sales video was inaccurate
I bought a 1970 Dodge Super Bee "rotisserie restored" vehicle for $75,000.00 Near every statement made in the sales video was inaccurate. Any who wish can have a copy of the inspection report (from a a AAA Mecum mechanic) to compare to the video (just e mail me). It was NOT a frame of restoration and it doesn't appear that it was ever on a rotisserie. In fact they literally painted over dirt and weeds! The car's electrical issues were extensive. In fact this delayed delivery for over 1 month. When the car arrived, the electrical system was still a mess (recommended it be completely rewired). The car, driven less than 20 miles, had not 1, not 2, not 3, but 5 oil leaks. The clutch required repairs before delivery... They broke off a bolt in the housing during the repair, and left it in that condition. The right rear was in a wreck and the repair was so poor it had half inch gaps in the welds. The undercarriage had two thumb size holes right under the drivers seat (you put your finger through to the carpet). The motor may have been rebuilt, but it was years ago. The only credit I will give them is this; after I complained through the roof, showed them the inspection report, send photos (oil pouring out of the ram air was a good one, and the ignition literally falling out of the steering column another) they did offer to take the vehicle back. I only had to absorb all purchase costs AND provide VOLO a $7,000.00 "win." So they made money when they bought it, made money when they sold it to me, made $7K after I returned the pile of garbage and they are now selling it at again for $78,000.00. These people are the quintessential used car sales hustlers. NEVER BUY A CAR FROM THEM.

On June 20 I purchased a 1968 Chevy Camaro RS/SS from Volo Auto Museum in Volo Illinois
On June 20 I purchased a 1968 Chevy Camaro RS/SS from Volo Auto Museum in Volo Illinois. I was thoroughly impressed with Jay Grams' marketing and test drive video so I decided to hire a mechanic to inspect the vehicle along with their lead Mechanic Ryan ***. The inspector was chosen from a list provided by Volo. Amazingly the inspector found virtually nothing wrong therefore I moved forward with the purchase. What a complete mistake. Volo completely misrepresented the condition of the vehicle and failed to disclose serious issues and after thoroughly inspecting the vehicle with a well respected AAA certified mechanic here in CA, it was dangerous to operate. Engine not firing on all cylinders, AC clutch doesn't work. brakes fully glazed over and leaking, rear differential, rear pinion has play, and is leaking. No illumination at dash. Parking break frozen, rust through the floor board which someone painted over. rusted radiator which someone painted over. Volo claimed there was no rust. Headlamps don't work, all wiring needs to be replaced. washer fluid doesn't discharge and wiper system is lose. no air filter, radio inoperable. no horn. no key to lock the driver and passenger doors. Really? Volo obviously didn't inspect this vehicle or they chose not to disclose the laundry list of issues. Jay Grams' hides behind his one sided sales contract and states all vehicles sold "as is" with no representations or warranties. His argument falls well short when he fails to disclose obvious mechanical and structural defects. He doesn't allow the buyer to make a well informed decision about his/her purchase. He offered me $500 as his best and final offer and told me I got a really nice Camaro for the price? Are you kidding me? the repairs will cost $6000 to $8,000, could be more. He will be hearing more from me and this will not be going away. Don't EVER purchase a vehicle from Old Volo, Inc DBA Volo Auto Museum. It will cost you far more than what you are paying. Once the wire came through on the purchase their entire demeanor changed. awful.
Volo Museum has treated me squarely during the selling of our 1969 Tribute Z-28 Camaro and the purchase of our 1968 RS/SS 396 375 Hp 4-Speed
Volo Museum has treated me squarely during the selling of our 1969 Tribute Z-28 Camaro and the purchase of our 1968 RS/SS 396 375 Hp 4-Speed numbers matching drive-train Camaro. I have found Jay *** and his wife to be extremely hospital. A departed friend was noted by Jay having difficulty standing, Jay immediately located a chair on wheels for my friend to sit in. Subsequently I was able to use the chair like a wheel chair and my departed friend enjoyed being pushed around the display of cars in multiple facilities. Our aforementioned transactions occurred quickly and professionally to the mutual satisfaction of all concerned. I want to add an additional requisite for the purchase of classic muscle cars often ignored, it's do your due diligence or hire someone to do it for you. Just like at a car auction, if a bidder fails to do their due diligence, they just may find out down the road that what they purchased may not be exactly what they thought they purchased. Simply stated, by books and read about the car prior purchase. Take notes about what varies the value of such cars. Learn how to read part numbers, castings, and manufacturing dates. Learn about Trim Tags and VINs. Know the market for what you want, why some sell for more and/or for less. Homework and/or hiring a consultant works. Otherwise, ask questions of Jay and his staff. I can attest that they will do their best to answer all of your questions. Unfortunately, the aforementioned counsel is often ignored, resulting in an unhappy buyer. Most Americans like to blame others, they fail to take responsibility for failing to do their homework and then complain. All I can say is, I have never had a bad experience with Volo museum, I have been viewing their cars for sales for more than twenty years. Treat them with respect and in turn they will do everything to work with you to even correct any defects discovered just prior to purchase. I know they will, but you have to respectfully ask. I have, and they have taken care of concerns about sending the car prior to purchase to their shop or an off site shop at no additional cost to the buyer. I know they understand that their is no better advertising then a heartfelt endorsement of their business from a satisfied customer. I couldn't be more pleased with Jay *** and all the folks at Volo Museum.

H my first time dealing with *** and volo museum very smooth transaction and samy was a pleasure also very honest and easy to work with thanks for everything RH
My experience with the consignment process at Volo Auto Museum was excellent. From start through completion the communication and service was outstanding. Samy in particular kept me informed of status while my car was there and made the paperwork once my car sold a breeze.
This is the first time I bought a vehicle from Volo. My salesman *** told me that Volo is very good to deal with if there is any trouble with the car. Well, after I got the vehicle home I noticed a leak in the steering box that I was not aware of. So, I notified Volo and they sent me a check for the repairs. So far, I am happy with the service I have received.
My wife and I bought a *** Cabroilet it had a few issues they took care of the Issues and our salesman *** was very helpful threw the purchase. Thanks
