very poor customer service
My agent booked package on 11/02/2020 but VLR is taking up to load to container on 17/02/2020!
It's a very bad response and service from VRL I NEVER EXPECTED FROM VRL?!. an every day I lost 6k regarding to irresponsible of VRL.
I fought with our agent to book with VRL only now he is telling ridiculous VRL.. not having a time sense.
We proudly telling VRL is one of the most good logistics company but we never expected by VRL like this type of service..Ashamed.

Secondly your tele phone operator guide us wrong that your goods have not came to mumbai (calling from 23.11.2019 to 26.11.2019). Every time your operator guided us wrongly.
3. Goods Not given to my person telling that trere is no stamp on your L.R. No one have told me that stamp is compulsory. one of your person Mr. Swami told on builty it is mentioned but on my Builty there is no such instruction written.
4. Your Manager Mr. Rathod's mobile (number given by Mr. Swami) is switched off. There is no one to contact at Mumbaiu Masjid Bandar Branch.
one of your staff Mr. Chandru is not going to talk with me as my person is still there from one and ahalf hour. Your staff telling I am going to Lunch. is this time to take lunch?. or your staff is going for "Time pass"

Very poor service and false commitments for claim settlement... Continuesly received two times wet and open packaging goods... By getting wet my products are badly damaged, due to your negligence my products are damaged... And your Marketing executive commit with me that we will compensate you so you need no to worry, I pay 3 time for One item. Which spoiled by your irregularities and irresponsible executives... I send back all goods for refinishing as well as packing at my own expenses... Your transport officer never take my calls after this incident... Very poor and looting service and our products also get spoiled /damaged due to your bad, very poor service... You have to know about this how could a good transport deliver goods to their customers... We are paying for good services and not for getting financially and mentally harassment... Such a very bad, horrible, expensive experience..

We took the VRL bus traveling from Bangalore to Siddapur on Aug 6th night, bus number 0657, our seat numbers 2, 3, 5, 6, 12, 19, 25 Names Bhat family, Sangeetha, Jayanth, Ramkumar.
On Aug 7th morning they stopped the vehicle at Sirsi at 6.45am for more than an hour to unload packages. Until 8am they kept on unloading. Is it fair for the passengers to wait for so long? There were ladies, kids in the bus who were hungry, wanting to Fori bathroom. There were few passengers who were sick. It was so inconvenient. If they had to stop for an hour, why they didn't inform the passengers when booking the tickets? We will not take VRL anymore. It was a very bad experience.

bharat swach abhiyan - not adhered
Against the Bharat swach Abhiyan strictly followed and adhered in all sectors of economy, Iam very disappointed to see and also experience that No proper Toilet for Men and women maintained at the Kalburgi stop ..neither any bustbins placed .After a very long journey from Banglore to basvakalyan it is very inconvenient and disappointing to have no fresh up facilities..

Please don't choose vrl cargo india movers and packers.
I had booked a consignment of a vehicle on 29th april 2019. The consignment was from delhi to guwahati.
They assured to deliver in the door step within 7 days but it will be 30 days / 1 month tomorrow.
Since 3 weeks I am just calling all the time to know whereabouts and proper delivery date.
First of all they wont pick the call and if picks, they just lie. Only false and fake committments. They are least bothered with the professionalism.
Eventually I was talking with the delhi people, I called bangalore h.O. With hopes but the same drama again.
I had sent e mails regarding this issue, I doubt they check e mail. The e mail id they provide was just to show off.
Guys please don't choose vrl cargo india movers and packers. It will be a real headache seriously.

I wanted to let you know that very worst service has been provided by vrl packers and movers hyderabad named vikram chauhan. Www.vrlpackerssmovers.in
While having a discussion on 2 march, he provided me the final amount after having long conversation with him.
And today on 3 march they picked my household luggage, after that he send me a bill with increased amount,
After speaking with vikram chauhan, he is telling you don't have a choice other than to pay it.
I am writing this review even though my luggage is in transit which is going to get delivered on tuesday march 5,
I tried to reach multiple people but everyone is pointing to reach him, but he is the person who is not valuing customer.
I paid some amount to paytm number named rajeev chauhan, I tried to escalate to him, but no use.
I don't want to use any service from vrl in future and I would not recommend to my dear one's. I taken wrong decision by choosing this transport, I thought it is reputed one and got misled by the brand name.
I did not see any professionalism, it is worst than local packers and movers.

Material book from Delhi to nashik on dated 29/01/2019 LR Number [protected], material delivered at Nashik on dated 05/02/2019, But wrong consignment received by VRL logistics Delhi.We are continuosly follow up from last 5 days.But not any action taken by VRL team.So please take the action on priority basis and also reimbersed the delivery charges.

I am vishal Jadhav from parli vaijnath, my consignment number [protected] is booked from faridabad on 13/10/2018. Today I have msg from vrl that my consignment is reached but when I am go there but they said me that your delevery is short. Only 1 packet is reached here out of 4. They said 3 packets are don't know where they are.
It's very bad service from vrl.
I want my money back and goods. Otherwise give me the all money of goods.

We, Kerala Gaskets, had submitted material at your office, in Ernakulam Market road, on 04.08.2018, which was meant to be sent to Chennai. Unfortunately it was informed from your office that the lot to send was booked only on 14/08/2018 with consignment no.[protected] on enquiry. I happened to know from the customer that the material has n't reached him till now. Toady(28.08.2018), on enquiry, it was informed from your side that the booked consignment had reached at Kalamassery office and it was also stated that the material if required could be given back for sending it through some other agency.
I am really sorry to get such a response from an organisation like you and the dealing was totally unprofessional. The delay that could be caused due to flood related causes which started only by 16.8.2018 can be understood which took place after 12 days from submission. But the unconditional delay in transactions without informing us in time has resulted in many losses to our firm due to customer dissatisfaction.
As an esteemed organisation it is your responsibility to meet our losses caused and hence please undertake necessary measures to make the same.

I really respect all the vrl services but this time I'm really unhappy and very dissatisfied about your employees behaviour. The service is reliable because you care for customers/passengers. The concerned person has to call the passenger whether they are in d location or not but they haven't called. Second thing when I'm calling office to the number given, they were really irresponsible . they were not answering the calls for long. This is really unacceptable. And he doesn't know how to speak to a customer. It was really very annoying behaviour of him.
I ll be really happy and hope you take some action towards them.

Service for goods transportation
I have transported my House hold Items with VRL Logistics from Yadagir to Hyderabad, they took 2 days for 200 kms to Deliver.
And I got the Damaged goods.
The people are careless and irresponsible.
I am struggled to call them there is no response from Hyderabad VRL office,
I have requested for door to door facility and there is no one at Delivery time except Driver and one Labor.
they unable to lift and keep my household items inside.
If I call to VRL office Hyd. The guy(Rajsekhar PH: [protected]) said he has no labors and he is not responsible for that you take care of your own.
Who Is responsible for my damaged Item.
I request everyone to not go with VRL Transport.
Wrong timing mentioned in the website and ticket
The actual arrival timing of VRL company bus from Hyderabad to Mangalore i.e. I-Shift Multi Axle Volvo A/C Sleeper is at 9.30 A.M, But they(wrongly) mentioned on the online ticket booking website is 8.31A.M. mainly to mislead the passangers. I travelled on 25th Jan giving more money thinking that it would reach Mangalore on 26th atleast by 9 A.M. The staff told me that the actual arrival timing is 9.30 am. and it will reach always after 10.30 A.M. Infact the other bus ORANGE had seats available for lesser amount Rs.1600. I paid Rs. 2536 for VRL mainly to reach early. But the bus reached late at 11.40 AM.
I request you to take action against VRL as they put wrong arrival timing mainly to attract and mislead passengers causing a lot of tension and inconvenience to the passengers.
Very bad customer service
Booked for Chennai to Delhi and shipment of my bike. Had a very disgusting experience.
- First of all, the employees at Chennai and Delhi kirti nagar booking office have to be trained on how to talk to customers. They are sure to spoil the name of their company. They dont give a heck to your concerns.
- I was told the bike would reach Delhi in 4 days max. But the bike did not reach even after 11 days. I had to travel 70km to take delivery of the bike from another Vrl godown to avoid further delay. .
- Booking rates were different from Chennai to Delhi as compared to Delhi to Chennai, for the same shipment. Which they justified by some logistic demand reasons. But last year I shipped my bike through Gati courier and they charged me the same rate for both ways.
- Finally, they had damaged my friends bike as they did not load it properly into the pallet when it was sent from Delhi to Chennai. By this time, my friend and I had a clear understanding of VRL's quality so we just took the bike and left the place. Complaining to them or shouting is just a waste of energy.
Unethical behaviour
We regularly send our materials all over India thru VRL Kolkata (Agarpara). We always make full payment at the time of despatch. On 20 July 2016 we sent a consignment (Cons no [protected]) to Delhi (godown delv). VRL Delhi told our client that Kolkata VRL has instructed to hold the material, even though it was paid for.
The history behind this is as follows :
In May 2016 we sent a consignment to Bhushan Power. We paid Rs 50, 005/- for it. VRL has Rate Contract with Bhushan. VRL claimed Rs 3000/- as detention charge. We made a claim to Bhushan for it. If Bhushan does not pay, we agreed to pay it. For this we asked VRL to wait for some time.
It this justified that for this Rs 3000/- VRL will instruct to hold a material for which full payment has been made ?
We request VRL to immediately instruct Delhi VRL to release the material from Delhi godown to our Client.
Poor packaging and transport of furniture (broken the furniture)
VRL logistics is the worst packaging and transportation service for household goods in my experience.
They dont even know how to pack different household furniture.
Recently i've transported furniture from MP to Bangalore. I used VRL for packing as well as transportation.
But they have broken down my families 40 yr old sofa and a deewan (which were in perfect condition before loading). and damaged a heavy iron Almira.
I can't believe the way they have delivered furniture to my house.
It was delivered in a truck along with other very heavy commercial goods.
I will never recommend VRL to anybody for transportation of household goods.
Drop service
These people make false promises of drop points and in middle of night tell passengers to get down outside city.
I booked ticket after enquiring of drop points and VRL people confirmed the same. Then at 3:15 AM Driver tells it as last stop of pune and needs to go to mumbai and tells all to get down. When I called complaint numbers those told we dont have drop points in specific location and told me to get down at other place. Driver took it personally and did not stop the bus at those points also and bought all passengers to Mumbai.
Now when we try to complain, these people are not even responding properly. There is no way of alternate taxi way and they are not even taking any action on driver and complaint department. Some Managers are not even lifting phone.

travel from sirsi to bangalore on 3 rd july night was filled with inconveniences. rain water leaked right through the roof of the sleeper bus. seat numbers were L14, L15, bus number KA25 C6711.the company's employees did not react appropriately when asked for assistance.
i have lost my parcel in vrl logistics but now i m claiming for the amount there is no response from vrl
this is very irritating issue, after happening this the people is not responding you I think you have to register your complaint online at http://www.consumer-voice.org/legal-advise.aspx it will response all your queries. May be it will help you.
Outrageous pricing
I had taken services of VRL fro transporting domestic goods from Bangalore to Pune, since I have moved to Pune. The cost for transporting to Pune was about Rs. 350. And this being a courier service, I was surprised to know that they dont deliver to home. The parcel came to some VRL office in Pune. I had to contact them and either get it. I opted for getting it delivered to home since they said they provide the service at an extra cost. It was said Rs. 500 ( from Sadashiv peth to Baner)
But on delivery I was chared Rs. 750 !.
This is straight away loot. What a terrible corrier service.
Guys... next time do check the full details of delivery of your parcels.

I am very much disappointed with VRL logistics. they dont deliver the goods on time and they dont have proper coordination among different branches. They even dont know whether the goods arrived or not, if arrived they will wait for the vehicle to full and then only they deliver the goods.
we've booked some household items in hyderabad and told the VRL logistics to deliver them on sunday or saturday (we've given 6 days). they delivered them after 10 days and its on working days. they called us saying that they are coming to deliver the goods on tuesday 11:00 am, i've taken my PM's permission and went to home and waited for 4 hrs at home and finally i returned to the office after calling the VRL logistics(Andheri) many times, they took around 5hrs time to deliver goods from sakinaka branch to malad. i am very much dissatisfied with VRL logistics and advice u to choose a good logistics/packers&movers.

Vrl transport Service is worst ever. Very very poor service.its my experience .I have booked my parcel from Bhilwara on 2nd December, after 10th December it's only traveled half of it's distance. Only one contact number [protected] of Dhulagarh VRL seems switched off most of the time. They have provided wrong email in their website.
It's only 1600 km distance and Covered only 800km in 9days!
I got my order cancelled due to this unprofessional transporter.

As am facing issue from past 6 months and there is no solution for the same
There is a issue with consignment in the month of February and our party dint collect the product and there is no intimation towards the same and they just informed that we tried to reach the party and there is no further response and we received a notification in the month of June stating consignment is not been delivered to party and for almost 4/5 months there is no update and they sent us the notice of demurrage charges and storage charges for almost from feb to june
when we asked about that they reduced charges of 50% but they have charged the same amount of storage charges and asked us to pay which we are not liable for
Frnzz plzz dont refer VRL logistics and they have very bad customer service that they shout at customers and its completely an unethical business practice to earn profit.

Worst Service i have ever seen
Hi, I AM Veerag, am very much disapointed with the VRL Logistics. if they ask me about the Raiting of 5 i can give 0/5, Poor service, and the delivery boys and pickup boys are so arragent fellows, . i don't know from where they will get these kind of people. they don't how to talk with the customers.
So, This is My Humble Request to all who ever wants to go with the VRL, Please Don't prefer VRL Servie at all.
Had got some stationary items from Delhi to Bangalore on 18th October and till 31st October they have not delivered the goods. Very Very pathetic service and there is no proper response from their personnel...
on 4th august 2018 saturday evening we recieved the material from your logistics. that day morning i gave call this no9962773385, this person told to today evening i will deliver . but my valuable product is not good after transport they give a material like a garbage material, and my materials are easily visible the materials are insulators like ceramic and also i book door delivery they get full amount when the material is loading. and the materials are so costly they loading a material madurai to paramakudi they trough the woodwn crade from one lorry another so the material is totally damaged each and every boxes are not up side is upside all the crades are up side is down side and down side are upside, i didnt have any garbage area you are throwing just like that the material . they simply told there are more upstruggles in the road so that the material is damaged. but the 4way more over to finish. i want claim about the damaged material otherwise i am getting a more action.
