Dear Vueling Team
I booked a flight from Barcelona to Birmingham, 12:30 Saturday 10th of June, flight number: VY8752
I am writing too you today about various points of complaint. After boarding there was an extraordinary loud noise like a beep for whatever reason. It lasted as long as 15-20 minutes and people were holding their ears of the noise. I have probably taken 500-700 flights in my life, I doubt that this is normal. Then also, at my seat (16F) I realized that EVERYTHING around me was very dirty. Clearly there has not been any cleaning done BEFORE this flight. Not only the floor filled with crackers, in front of my seat where I put my water, the "bag" was FULL of sticky chewing gum. The board magazine as well. Some pages I couldn't open. I attach only some pictures to give you an idea!
I am not expecting a lot, but I would like to hear your thoughts about this, since I am a frequent fligher, I can at least expect a recently cleaned airplane without chewing gum everywhere.

flight cancellation vy8252/alternate fight and bus as compensation.
I am mobile impaired at the time. I have a sprained knee with an operation on same leg of the Achilles' tendon and heal. I was wearing a boot and had a motorized scooter. I had a note from doctor for center isle as I need to avoid clots. Was put in an isle seat on new flight that went to Valencia not Alicante. Then almost three hours to Alicante in a bus, where I couldn't stand or walk and no bathroom at all. Our original flight arrived at 11:45 we finally arrived just before 8 pm. With only 2.5 days in Alicante one full da was lost. I had a swollen leg from the trip and in lots of pain. This was unacceptable as no one was really listening. It was hectic and very disorganized. I traveled with my daughters who were nervous, because we kept being put in corners and told to not move until one came for us without any information. Also, when complaint forms were handed out we weren't given one. I would like some partial or full credit for the flight.

I bought a plane ticket via Vueling and they made a mistake! I contacted customer service and told them that there was a mistake in my name and they told me that it was possible to fix that but only for additional payment!
I paid $300 for my ticket and they said that I have to pay extra $200 for name fixing!
Are you kidding me? That was almost the price I paid for the ticket. These guys are ridiculous and their fees are crazy.
I had no other option and I could not miss my flight so I had to pay. My advice is not to book via Vueling! Use other and more reputable service!
online invoice system not properly working
I repeatedly requested 3 invoices using the online forms and never received them (and you have no proof you have requested them as at the end of the process you get an "on-screen" confirmation, not an email). It took me several tweets, where I have been asked to fill the forms AGAIN, meaning they have absolutely no tracks of my previous attempts OR they are not able to locate them (don't know which one is worse). This time I did screenshots with time and date, and I still had to chase on twitter to finally get the invoices, with an email telling me I never did the online requests.

My name is Ebru, I live in Istanbul /Turkey.I planned a vacation from Istanbul to Rome then Rome to mallorca.An unexpected situation occurred on 15 the July night. There was a coup attempt to government . . All flights were cancelled, we are not allowed to go outside it was frightening, so it was impossible to move somewhere. My family and I decided that we should postpone our holiday to another time.
All of the things happened that night was not because of me . I had to cancel all my plans to save my life. So all of this problems I couldn't been in Rome and couldn't catch my other flight from Rome to mallorca.
I called customer servis of Vueling. They told me that this wasnt a direct flight from istanbul to mallorca . I said yes i know! that is why i had a stop in Rome to go Mallorca!
i need their help. they must make an exception about refund or open ticket. This can be thought as a natural dissaster or terror attack or sth happened outside of us.

flight cancelled 30 minutes before departure!

My daughter Héloïse Moulard was supposed to fly with Vueling today July 1st at 14.55 pm, but the flight was announced cancelled at 14.30. Vueling suggested another flight on July 4th ! Or today via Barcelona with an arrival in Madrid at 8 am ! We eventually took another company.
We would like you to refund the money I paid for this flight (241, 69 €), plus the difference between the price of this flight and the price of the other company flight (269, 19 €) that is to say 27, 40 €, plus the price of the taxi because my daughter has a disease that does not make possible a metro trip on her own with a big suitcase and moreover, the other flight is so early that there is no metro anyway (50 € each way ±). The reference of the reservation is FFIPRH and the client number is [protected].

Dear madam, sir,
Every day people coming to the gates (7-12) find that there is no a place to sit down an have a coffee or where to place a book or a newspaper and read. There is no a person serving the coffee, so if the machine forget about putting some sugar in, there is someone solving the problem easily. Machines can not provide a good service as people can. How to get vegetarian food? Or ask about gluten free eateries?
There is few space for big amount of people. If you come 2 hours before, as it is advised, what can you do? sit down on an unconfortable chair looking at the ceiling. This place is a bit claustrophobic. Don not treat people as a herd.
Get contracts and put people serving and helping people. Do not save everything. Too greedy!

Bon jour madame/monsieur, Tout le jour il y a des personnes qui viennent a l'aéroport salles 1-12 et découvre qui il n`y a pas de lieu pour ce assied et prendre un caffe ou pour lire dans une table. Il y a qu'une machine à vendre des boissons qui a oublier mettre le sucre et il n'y a des personnes pour demander de l'aide. Ce lieu est trop petit pour la quantité des personnes qu'ils sont ici. C'est une place claustrophobique. Arrête de considerer des personnes comme s'ils sont des animaux. C'est pas juste!

changes date by the airlines
we have booked 2 flights with vueling airlines from Vienna - Rome 3rd April and Rome - Geneva 6th April 16.
the airlines just sent an email to inform that our flight from Rom e- Geneva has been changed to 4th April.
we have sent query to the airlines regarding to the changes 3 times, however we have not received any response from them.
we can not accept the changes made by the airlines as we already have a plan for our trip. How could we arrive in rome on the late afternoon 3rd April and have to take another flight to Geneva on the early morning next day.
we went to the managing booking site, they allow us to change our flight back to the 6th April but we have to pay extra about Euro $200.
we really need to bring this attention to them as this is ridiculous service that we have never experienced.

#[protected] Tuesday, 8 December 2015 PAX Ms. Lopez and companion PAX authorised to fly VY 8172 AGP-ORY by Head Supervisors Elizabeth Bueno and Boarding Duty Manager Vueling Ticket Counter working on 14:00 shift after presenting official documentation from Consulate for Ms. Lopez. BOTH PAX denied boarding and verbally harrassed by ticket counter agent Maria Jose Gomez and Victoria Planaat AGP Boarding Gate 52 at 16:15. Requested reimbursement information from Head Supervisor for 17:00 shift, Ms. Macarena Munoz with no assistance. Request reimbursement for Vueling Staff mishandling and mis-information. Ms. Lopez and companion were then forced to cancel all other flights within France as well as hotel bookings and charged cancellation fees. All copies of paid tickets, boarding passes as well as a full report submitted to Vueling Customer Service by Ms. Cristina Gonzalez in Barcelona. No response from Vueling has been received.
The same happened to me. The worst customer service ever.

No one answered their service line after 12 tries - they run the same hold music every time you connect, tell you several times no one is available, and then they hang up on you. Seriously, I couldn't get anyone trying continuously for 2 hours.
Flight was delayed 1 hour leaving and then upon arrival bags took another hour to start to come out at baggage claim.
Will never use them again.

Will never again fly vueling. Been stuck at the fco airport for more than 5 hours and will probably be here for more 9 hours with no support from vueling. My flight was at 12h20. Then it was postponed to 13h50 and later canceled. Now we've been told it should leave at 7 pm. But the board already says it will leave at 20h40. The truth is that vueling doesnt want to pay for hotel and they will keep postponing the flight that they know will leave only at 3 am (15 hours after the original time!) this is ridiculous. We must receive a refund - but i'll also be suing the company. Terrible service
cancelled flight, no refund, no customer service
Our flight from Budapest to Rome with Vueling was cancelled without any form of notice. No email, no text, no phone call. Nothing. We filed for a refund request online and immediately received an email confirmation that they have received the request and will process the refund within 7 days. We patiently waited and 3 weeks later, still no refund in sight. We wrote them a reminder email to follow up on the matter but did not get any reply back from them. During this process, we tried to call Vueling customer service and none of the phone works.. NO one answers the phone. We tried to call headquarter numbers, German numbers, UK numbers.
We were made to wait on the phone line but no one picks up. We have tried calling 5 times in different occasions.
I wonder how this company is still allowed to operate. This is fraud. I paid for a service but there was NO service of any kind and there is NO refund. FRAUD. PLEASE stop this. Very unethical!

The worst airline i have travelled in last 15 years with over 100 flight segments done, 60 Plus in europe itself.
We had booked tickets from rak to bcn, booking Numbers O66ERS on Jan 29, 2015, B5TUJC on May 28 and B3YMRY on Feb 21 . On checking in at Rak airport at 730 pm local time we were told that 2 Booking Numbers O66ERS AND B5TUJC are not showing on vueling system . no Reason was given . At the same time part of our party booking Number B3YMRY was showing on their system.
So in an unknown country you get bumped off for no reason, the Swissport staff and check in staff was rude, disgusting to say the least and did not even bother to check if flight was empty. Funnily we had an extra seat on the flight which could have been given to us. We also offered to pay for New seats ( even though not our fault)
We had to book alternate tickets at a crazy lost of 4500 mad apart from 1500mad for stay and additional 2000mad addfor itional expenses to a 70 year old Heart Patient.
It's a sad story that in this day and age the airline cant inform your earlier that the booking is cancelled. Their Call cnetre number never works . We did receive an email of Cancellationwhich has all wrong details of ours. So i am going to send a Legal Notice and also Comlaint to IATA for this incident.

After 2 wonderful weeks in Spain and Morroco on the last day of our trip I called to confirm our Vueling flight from Barcelona to Madrid four hours before departure. I was put on hold. After 10 minutes a recorded message said that the customer service center was busy and to call back later then hung up. I then tried to check us in online and received a pop up message to check in at the airport. The flight time on the website said 14:00. When we arrived at the Vueling desk to check in 2 hours early we were told our flight did not exist. I presented paperwork that said it did. (Attached). We were told it was changed to 12:30pm (an hour and a half earlier) and there was no way we would make the plane. We were told we would need to buy new tickets to Madrid. We asked to talk to a supervisor but one was not available.
We are requesting a refund of the purchase price of the new tickets. We were not notified of the flight change. We did not want to end or trip this way. We have seen several complaints online about this same issue and several people inline behind us at the Vueling desk at the Barcelona airport were in the same predicament and quite angry. One man was yelling so loudly out of frustration in the same situation we could barely hear our Vueling agent.
The total cost for the new tickets was 379.96 + 40 service fee = 420, 00 Euros
5/7/15 update
I have received a message that a refund will not be made since an email was apparently sent to me 6 weeks before the flight stating there was a flight change. I did not receive an email stating this. I made every attempt to confirm our flight unable to connect with either your website check in and by phone. I was hung up on by the customer service department after being being placed on hold for 10 minutes and then a recorded message said to call back later since the customer service call volume was too high when I attempted to check into our flight 4 hours prior to the flight time. The call was then disconnected. If I had been able to get through I would have been told the flight was rescheduled to two hours earlier and we would have made the plane. I have found 149 WARNINGS and customer service complaints on TripAdvisor and numerous others on other sites all with similar situations as mine. Is it possible to speak with a Supervisor about this issue and is there a Better Business Bureau for Spain?

I bought a flight from Valencia to Rome for 2nd May. The date has been changed and I didn't know until today. You have told me that you sent me an email, that I have not received, and I didn't answer. So you have confirmed the change, without my permission.

I paid 242 euros by internet to travel with vueling.When I came to the desk of the company to handed over my normal luggage (I had no hand luggage) I was asked to pay 36 euros more.They said to me that the price of the ticket did not include the transportation of a luggage and that an extra was needed for that.
I was very surprised since 30 years that I am traveling by plane never such things happened to me.
Anyway I had to pay for boarding.To mention also that in the two hours trip of the flight thet did not offer us anything, not even a single coffee everything was for sale .I strongly recomand not to travel with that company

Do not fly vueling!
After having booked four flights in one month with vueling I found out I needed assistance regarding my reservations! It happened that the phone lines didn't work, and the ones that apparently did costed 1, 27€/min - though impossible to call from skype, international mobile phone or from a phonebooth! Their email to complain does not exist! On top of that, I called directly to the Head Office in Barcelona, and a very rude employee just hang up twice when I asked for informations!

On the 27th of November 2012, I discovered that the flight flying from Venice to Amsterdam with a stop over in Barcelona that I had purchase for about 56 euros and had an invoice stating just so, turned out to be USD$618 + USD$26 for service charges. Imagine my surprise and outrage. I had to fork out additional money to call their office which ridiculously do not have a toll-free or a standard phone line but one that charges you by the minute.
Told the agent on the phone what happened and she sent me an email acknowledging my concern. So two weeks later going into the third, the money that was mistakenly deducted from my account is still not credited back.
Despite many emails to Edreams and filling out a form at the Barcelona airport at the Vueling counter. Edreams insisted that Vueling was responsible for overcharging but weirdly, they are the one who was going to credit me back.
Last straw was offering me a 10 euros voucher towards the next trip I might make with them. They are outright insulting and delusional to even think that I will ever book any trips with them ever again! But I do have to give them credit for their futile emails, at least they tried, can't say for Vueling, only automated responses so far. Moral of the story, eDreams is a dreams wrecker, do not book with them unless you want your holidays completely ruined.
Will be glad to furnish concrete evidence I was overcharged. Please get in touch with me if you are also contemplating on a lawsuit against them.

Same story on the way from Paris to Rome, almost had been denied boarding after asking for a responsible person from the airline. Again, no refreshments and rigorously ignorance of passenger rights.
First and last time with this airline. Be aware before booking!

Booked 2 tickets on 26 October for 2 people to fly from Paris to Sevilla and received confirmation email from them on same day with seat numbers etc. Upon reaching the airport, we were informed by Vueling counter staff that our tickets were cancelled. I did not receive any notifications - call, sms or email - informing me of the cancellation. Luckily we were at the airport earlier as it took us 1 hour to resolve the issue, after paying double the amount for the same tickets! Emailed to Vueling customer service who gave me nonsensical replies saying that I can't take confirmation emails for good and that I should have re-confirmed with their Customer Service Department before flying! I'm not sure who ever does that though! Very unpleasant experience altogether and I'll never take Vueling again!
