I am ServSafe Certified! Waffle House, LaGrange, GA poor cleanliness floors and tables. A cockroach crawled on the window where we were eating. My husband killed it. Staff needs to wear closed toe shoes instead of flip flops. Bacon overcooked and presentation of food on the plate was sloppy.

I really don't know if this will do any good, I am one of the few that goes to waffle house every day. I am there every evening, I'm single and I love waffle house. I live in Weatherford Texas, And on 5/19/2021 I was there around 7:30 pm. There is a group of four that sits in the back corner a man that is in the wheelchair, and his wife and two older men...

Waffle House Not being able to get service . No place for a large person to sit .

Hello I worked for Waffle House 11 years, and I am tired of being told, they cant open the section, because there short staffed . We have been in a few W, H since this all as started, and it none since at how the stores are being ran, only 3 booths at a time . Or just to go orders, with the store having 5, employs in it . I am a large person, that can't sit in the booth or at the high counter, so the low counter is the only place that I am able to sit . My mine complaint is that most off the time is, when they have this sections closed off, it is when they have strong people be hind the counter . I have seen the same crew run the hole store before . If the cant run the store, then may just shut it done . I have ran it a many of times with just me and a server, and it is bull, the way this people or running the stores now . We go to Waffle house, some times 3, a week . Please stop letting them run this great Waffle in to the ground .

Desired outcome: open the sections back up for the large people , with the low counters .

Waffle House No one answers the phone on 3rd.

I work in Blue Ridge, GA. I am a veteran of Waffle House of about 15 year. I've never seen any WH NOT take to go orders or not answer the phone. I'm now living in BR and either can't get them to answer the phone or get told they don't do to go orders over the phone? I thought about calling Charlie but decided I he wouldn't get anything done.

Desired outcome: Answer the phone when not busy.

Waffle House Condition of store at Exit 114, Manchester TN

The attached photo is what we encountered at our first breakfast out in way over a year. Plus a waitress who didn't speak to us until she ask what we wanted, had to be asked to clean the table, never came back to the table, and I had to ask a different waitress to refill our coffee.
I promise you we did not come in looking for problems. We have eaten at this store several times before. Never again.
By the way, that brown thing in the middle of the floor in the cook area? It's a banana peal.

4/26/2021 I stopped by the 839 Virginia Ave, Hapeville, Ga location this morning at about 5:30 and the waitress said she is not taking any more orders after taking two orders before me. She was willing to be smart about it and told me to go two blocks up the road to another location, which instead of giving me directions, she could have taker the order...

I request what the clarification is on this menu item texas bacon (ham or sausage) egg&cheese melt... Was informed the 🥓 is extra because only one meat either bacon or ham or sausage must be chosen with the egg & cheese melts... It's to believe this as written choice texas bacon with ham or sausage egg cheese melt!

Waffle House Facility Dirty and poor service

Waffle House #969, Vicksburg, MS 39180. My ticket #[protected]. 4/19/221 2:02PM. One cashier (pink hair) only and one cook. We was served our food, and had to ask for our drinks. I had to ask for mustard and mayonnaise to go on my sandwich. As we finished, we realized that my Sister never got the toast that she ordered. When I paid the bill, I told the lady that my Sister never got her toast. Her statement was" we don't charge for toast". She never said that she was sorry or anything. There were several customers complaining about not receiving certain foods, over charging. These customers were loud. The lady was not that busy. Our table was dirty when we went in and she started put our napkins down. I told her, oh please wipe our table off first. There was no trash or dishes there, but you could see that it was DIRTY! The plastic shield between the booths are all FILTY. We really just started to leave. I associate at Waffle Houses in Vicksburg. MS very frequently, but I will NEVER go back to #696 again. We all thought that she was a trainee. She never came back to check on any of her customers. She(pink haired lady) should not loose her job, but she does need more training and also help running the place.

Desired outcome: Free refund to be used at a better Waffle House with better service.

Stopped at Athens AL location. The server was very hate full, set and waited 20 min. Table come open we went to table the server said we could not set down because we just walked in. Then was very hate full saying we would have to move back so she could do her job cleaning table we were no where close to table, to put it bluntly she was a [censored] will never stop at another waffle house

Waffle House Refusing service to handler with service dog

4-13-21 at a little befor 12:00 noon. My wife and I went to a Waffle House in Leesburg, Florida and they had a problem with my 8lb service animal laying in the booth beside me. After the waitress refilled to serve us, the manager came and said our service animal could not sit in the booth. I explained to him that the CFR states a service animal should not be above food. Small service animals are placed in danger by sitting on the floor. We are on the road, and have eaten at several Waffle Houses without incident or complaint. We are Regular Members. This animal, although small, is my detection animal. My doctors at the Mayo Clinic won't allow me to lift over 10 lbs. consistently in a day. I am forced to use a small animal. The animal does not eat in the restaurant, and lays in a position with his head away from the table. We will continue to go to different Waffle Houses, but hopefully this store will change its policy. The manager said it was the store's policy and refused to be recorded saying that information. He walked off and we left getting the store number from the waitress who refused to serve us. The store number is 2032. Address is 9520 US 441 South, Leesburg, Florida 34788.

The Waffle House we just came back from was very disturbing, the booths were not clean, had to check 4 of them before we found one clean enough to sit and eat, staff was not friendly or asked if you needed anything, men's bathroom was really dirty, told one of the staff and he said I will take care of it later. Waffle House Service

I just left the Waffle House on Brainerd rd. In Chattanooga, I pulled in the parking lot and as I was getting out of my truck I was confronted by a waitress smoking a cigarette, she informed me that they were on break and it would be 15 minutes. I thought that was a bit stupid as there were two customers inside eating. Evidently you. People must be either stupid or just inadequate.
I do have a question...do you have a policy at the Brainerd rd store that your employees make the guests continue to wear their masks until they make an order AND get their food? IF Not the idiots at your Brainerd store think then can do this SO NO more Brainerd road Waffle House for me until I get contacted at [protected] mike

Waffle House food and server

My sister in law and I went to waffle house ...we always go because the food is good and servers are really nice ...we sat down and server came and got us coffee ...then another server came to take our order ...my sister in law ordered scrambled eggs toast and grits and milk ...I wanted an omelet but all they have is the jalapeno omelet ...which she said had ham and cheese and tomatoes and the jalapeno...I didn't want the jalapeno so she suggested adding mushrooms instead of the jalapeno ...I ordered that with hash browns and toast ...when our food came she sat it down and took off ...she never brought my sister in law her milk didn't even bring more coffee ..didn't even give me time to ask for hot sauce...(They were busy ) ... each time she pass us I tried to get her attention to ask for the hot sauce and coffee and my sister in law's milk...she never acknowledge us ...as I was eating my omelet I notice there was no cheese or ham in it by this time I had NOTHING to drink...she passed us again 2 or 3 times then I finally got her attention..( she just seemed sorta perturbed I told her what was wrong ...she got the coffee and milk (by that time my hash browns were almost eaten so I didn't ask for hot sauce ) ... and said she would adjust my ticket, , NEVER asked if I wanted another omelet or anything else...I couldn't eat the rest of the omelet but did eat the toast and most of the hash browns...My sister in law eggs were dry..didn't look like normal scrambled eggs her toast was partially burnt and her grits wasn't good as they usually are ...
I paid the bill and even left her a tip..not as much as I usually do but even with the bad service we got ...everyone is out trying to make a living ...especially the way things are now days ...
Needless to say this was NOT a Good visit to waffle house ...pretty bad you leave being still hungry ...makes me hesitant to even want to go back again...I hate to complain ...but feel your company should know what happens at times to make a person NOT want to go back...

We been at waffle house on hwy 80 for approximately 15 mins and haven't even been asked what we would like to drink yet .they refuse to answer the phone piss poor attitude they apparently don't care about the customers because the house keeping is terrible and well I've been typing this while I wait to order and I still haven't done that so how do we resolve this situation??
