Hello, My name is Samuel Little. My wife and 4 children was a tenant in St. John’s Florida. The agent for the property Cole is not representative of your company. We were never late, we paid for things ourselves that Watson and Cole should have handled. When the owner wanted to sale the home, we hired cleaners and allowed access to the home while we...

This is by far discrimination at its best. Mr Casey Sorensen has taken the joy out of first time buying out the window. We have waited on a call back about our pre approval for over 2 weeks.
I happened to call the office and they notified him for his response to be he has yet to find our application and that he’s tried reaching out.. Reaching out where?…for two weeks?!… it only takes a minute for a phone call..and to leave a second voicemail.. I’m very upset and will go with another company. I guess since he saw the name Hakim instead of JOSH he threw the application away.
Desired outcome: This will go further.

On 10/26/2019 my initial was forged for release and cancellation of residential contract for sale and purchase of home at 1513 Pleasant St Tavares FL 32774. My proof of this forgery is that on 11/05/2019 I paid Bank of America $552.31 for the appraisal of 1513 Pleasant St meaning I was not aware of the forged initial. The software is licensed to Diane...

I just moved into the property last year and this is the first house I've ever rented. I've heard that Watson was a good corporation and so this is why I've chosen this property. However, I have encountered extremely nasty attitudes with a agent there. Diane Russell, was completely snappy, extremely rude and bossy over the phone. On two accounts and the...

I had a terrible experience with manger April Martinez in Bakersfield Ca, she was very rude and unprofessional when she was showing me a property. April do lied to me about certain things that she promised where going to be taken care of, such as the house being cleaned and I would move in. She never listen and simply ignored me with rude comments. I will never do business with company because of her and I will inform my family and friends about this situation. It's just sad that this company has employees like April.
Thank you for your time
Misrepresented real estate
Watson realtor/broker intentionally misrepresented property located in St. John's County. The agent/broker acted together with the seller to conceal and misrepresent the condition of the home. All parties knew the home was freshly painted (spray was still on the ground), but Buyer later found the new paint was over rotten siding half way up to eaves around the entire perimeter of the home. Prior appraisal, Watson & sellers intentionally hid termite damage under new sheet rock (previously found with home inspection) . There was not any disclosure concerning alterations performed on the home prior without permits, thus affecting insurance and liability for the buyer. The agent/broker acted together with the seller to conceal or misrepresent numerous defects concerning obvious water intrusion, previous roof leaks, damaged windows, electrical problems, bulkhead caving and more; but did not disclose to the buyer.
The buyer found 'after the fact', that this property was a long-term neglected rental property that Watson managed. If this was not enough, now Watson will not return the buyer's earnest deposit money, even though they know they are guilty of this gross misrepresentation of their listing! Plus, the broker wants the buyer to pay for surveys/elevation certificates that is in the possession of Watson Title for seller's use.
Elaine Wallace real estate agent
I would run if Elaine Wallace approaches you to list your house or help you buy a home. She has zero control over her buyers and the worst communication skills I've ever seen. She runs and hides when there is a conflict. She represented a buyer who defaulted on closing day on the contract on a 1.43 million dollar home. It's been 5 days and my family, my agent, his broker, nor the closing attorney know why. She says she is walking into the buyers house to talk with them and never calls anyone back. Simply the worst.
Home Sold
List my home for sale with Watson Realty (Lannie Linn, Agent). A really low offer was submitted to me and I was told that I should sell for this amount because the comps showed that it may not appraise for that amount. I was pressured and scared into signing to sell. Two weeks later when the appraiser came and had not even left the drive way, I asked Mr. Linn if he thought it would go through. He said it most definitely would appraise for that amount. I was a little surprise and asked him how he knew ...he said he had sent comps to the appraiser and the appraiser had told him there would not be a problem. I realized at that moment that I had been lied to about the value of my property in order for Mr. Linn to make the sale. He left my home and turned around and came back and and said that he had not sent the comps. He was changing he story because for him to have provided comps to the appraiser would have been illegal. I communicated with the manager or owner Dianne Pittman at Watson Realty. I must clarify that I do not know what her affiliation is with the company. She was 100% behind Mr.Linn and refused to acknowledge that there might have been a problem. I would highly suggest that you avoid this company and Mr. Linn...at all cost.
Realtors always provide comps to the appraiser. They actually do this to help your house appraise. Sometimes banks have an appraiser who is not exactly local. For example the bank will say an appraiser from Palm Coast or Jacksonville is a local to Saint Augustine. Which simply isn't the case, appraisers have a hard time finding the right comps sometimes because they are not familiar with area. On my house in Royal Saint Augustine, the appraiser wanted to use homes from Holmes as comps, anyone who lives in Saint Augustine knows these are not comparable to each other. Thankfully my realtor gave him comps and he used those instead. If a realtor thinks your house will sell for a substantial amount more they will let you know. However, if they think it might be worth 2-3, 000 more than an offer, the smart thing would be for them to encourage you to accept the offer. I am surprised the manager did not cover all of this with you, if anything I would be upset with the lack effort from the manager as to why she did not take time with you to ease your worries. She should have pulled all the comps for you and explained the whole process.
Yes, I have had a similar experience with Watson Realtors. They do not care about you and they are only out for the paycheck.
