WebMinds review: Duplicate file/photo deletion software

I see they have ten unresolved complaints here, but I guess I'll try anyway. Bad experience with the software and then when I requested a refund I got lectured about the "tone" of my email. It did NOT take out all the duplicate files and I immediately started having weird problems in my computer and I had to call tech support. Customer service claimed they issued a refund but sent a very snarky email lecturing me about how I wrote MY email. Fragile, anyone? I said nothing nasty, I just expressed my disappointment with what they claimed it would do, as opposed to what my actual experience was. The person also told me in so many words that I did not know what I was talking about, and that of course, THEIR software wouldn't do any of the things I was claiming. Well, all l did was forward to them what tech support told me had happened. And the only reason I told Webminds what tech support told me was because WEBIMINDS ASKED me to explain it in the last email. If they didn't want the answer, or were that easily offended, then they shouldn't have asked. All I told them is what my tech support people told ME and I got a lecture for it. I wish I had read some of the reviews here and on other sites before I bought it. I don't believe my card will be refunded either but we we'll see.
