No Confirmation Email or License Key Received for Easy Duplicate Finder Purchase - Is This a Scam or Just Bad Support?
I bought Easy Duplicate Finder from WebMinds and I haven't gotten any confirmation email or license key yet. I checked my PayPal and it says I bought it, so what's going on? I sent two support requests but haven't heard back yet. I did get a promotional email from them though, so they can definitely reach my inbox. I'm starting to wonder if this is a scam or if they just have really bad support. Maybe they have someone in an offshore support center who makes you wait a week or more before sending the key.
Update: I'm happy to report that my issue has been resolved through this site. I'm raising my rating from 2 to 3 stars.

I been waitin' for a refund from WebMinds since September. I found the program too hard to use so I asked 'em to cancel it and give me my money back on the same day I bought it. Burnt by Easy Duplicate Finder: Confusing UI, Daunting Deletion, and Expired License

I received daily emails from WebMinds about their other products with new and improved features, but I didn't want to waste any more money or time on "Crap-Ware". I bought the program to clean out duplicate files, but it didn't work for me. Maybe it will work for others, but I was dissatisfied and felt burnt by this company.
