Wendy’s Not receiving what I paid for!

Went through drive thru, ordered 4 sandwiches, 2 were meals. Delivering to stressed family, get to kids and only 3 sandwiches.

Tried to call phone number on receipt and it says not available.

2nd time at this location I've been screwed out of what I paid for!

However, this time worse!

Parents in accident, bringing kids food, and bam y'all screwed me again!

Getting orders wrong is one thing, but not even given the food paid for is not tolerable!

How does a franchise have an unavailable phone number?

I will call 888 number tomorrow.

This is not right!

Wendy’s Classic asiago club medium combo

I had a worst meal at wendy's restaurant #[protected] located at 2400 nw 87th ave, miami, fl 33172 (#[protected]). My classis asiago club medium combo ordered at 1:44pm on 10/08/2023 was not fresh and not prepered as ususally done at other wendy's restaurants across the city! and most of drinks were not available! also, unable to get ketchup was not not available. Wendy’s Service at Wendy’s

I went to Wendy’s store #[protected] at 634w 14th st Chicago Heights Illinois on 9/30/23 at 4:37 pm there were 6 cars in front of me. I waited 25 minutes before getting my order the line was moving so slow I saw at least 5 cars leave. Wendy’s Unable to get a refund

Today's Saturday, September, the 16th at 4:20 PM. Place the mobile daughter when I arrived. They told me their frosty machine was broken, was unable to receive 2 of my frosties and unable to get a refund. They said they don't have the ability to give one since it was a mobile order even though it's on my credit card which I have in my pocket. They should be able to refund the card here at the store. I would have canceled the whole order. But was afraid I would have lost $50 from you.

Went into regina saskatchewan wendy's on north albert st. August saturday 8 I believe, was the saturday of the labor day weekend... We live 1/2 hour drive to regina.. I wanted wendy's breakfast bun... So good.. My husband, a big eater asked for 3 breakfast wraps... We were informed they only had 2 [protected]@ one sausage patty... Wendy’s Biggie bag with double stack sprite no ice and summer strawberry salad

On Wednesday 9/6/2023 at 11:06 I came through the drive thru to order lunch for myself. I ordered a biggie bag double stack sprite no ice and a summer strawberry salad $14.08 was the total. I get to the window and paid. No receipt was given nor put in the bag I used my bank card.I received my food and drove away I reached into the bag to start eating my food and everything I touched was cold from the fries to the bun on the burger. I opened my sandwich all to find a piece of plastic hanging from the sandwich. Picture was taken. Omg. Needless to say I got rid of everything except the salad that was cold. It really wasn’t busy when I came to the restaurant. Very disappointed with Wendy’s.

Desired outcome: I would like a refund and replacement of my food. I was on my way to work so I could not return back to the restaurant. I would appreciate a response on this matter. Thank you in advance
